Vignesh Shivan and Nayanthara's life has changed drastically since the last year. The couple not only kickstarted their happily ever after but also welcomed their twin babies on October 10, 2022. Since then, they often shared glimpses of their babies on their IG handles. From celebrating New Year together to being part of their Onam celebrations, Vignesh and Nayanthara's babies have already become celebrities.
On August 27, 2023, the entire nation is celebrating Onam. For the unversed, it is a festival that is celebrated across the state of Kerala. The ten-day-long Onam festivities pay homage to the legendary king Mahabali's homecoming. In the first photo, Vignesh shared on his Instagram feed, we can see Nayanthara and their kids sitting on the floor, and enjoying the lip-smacking food in traditional style on a banana leaves.

In another picture, we can clearly see their twins, Uyir and Ulagam sitting on the floor with plates. The kids were seen donning dhotis. Alongside it, Vignesh wrote:
"First Onam with my Uyir and Ulagam."
After tying the knot, Vignesh shared a picture from their wedding on his IG handle. In the first picture, we could see him tying mangalutra on his bride. In Tamil, the mangalsutra is called thaali and it is not the one with the usual black beads, but rather it is made of gold. The bride, Nayanthara looked the prettiest donning the red saree. She accessorised her look with layers of emerald jewellery.
On October 9, 2022, Vignesh Shivan announced the arrival of their twin baby boys. In the pictures, the doting parents were posing with their twins' tiny feet. Vignesh also revealed the name of his kids. Alongside it, he penned a heartfelt note for his kids. He had written:
"Nayan & Me have become Amma & Appa. We are blessed with Twin Baby Boys. All Our prayers,our ancestors’ blessings combined with all the good manifestations made, have come 2gethr in the form Of 2 blessed babies for us. Need all ur blessings for our Uyir and Ulagam. Life looks brighter & more beautiful."
