For those who don't know, Namrata and Mahesh had tied the knot in the year, 2005. In a media interaction, Mahesh had revealed the details of the wedding and had shared that he was shooting the whole night before for the film Athadu and had finished the shoot and had flown down for his marriage.
On August 9, 2020, Mahesh Babu turned a year older, and Namrata took to her Instagram handle and posted a mushy picture with him. In the picture, we can see the duo sharing a sweet moment as Mahesh Babu gives a peck on Namrata's forehead. Namrata often shares snippets of her life as 'Missus' on her Instagram handle. On July 17, 2020, she had taken to her Instagram handle and had treated her fans with an unseen picture from her haldi ceremony. In the picture, we could see Namrata wearing a white kurta, and a family member was putting haldi on her. Alongside the picture, Namrata had written, "Throwback! Being Haldi clad. Once in an interview with the Deccan Chronicle, Namrata had shared her views on being called the force behind her husband, Mahesh's fantastic career. She had said, "You know, people believe Mahesh does what I ask him to. That's not true. He may look shy and gentle, but, he knows his mind. All his career decisions are taken by him, although he does share the plot and script idea with me casually. Yes, if he dresses differently from the other actors in Andhra Pradesh, I could have influenced his sartorial choices."
