Mohit Raina is one of the most talented actors in the film block at the moment. The dashing artist made a leap of faith from a successful television career and went on to bag some impactful opportunities in films. For the unversed, he made his Bollywood debut with the film, Uri: The Surgical Strike in 2019, for which he received immense appreciation. In his personal life, Mohit is married to his ladylove, Aditi Chandra Raina. The duo was blessed with a baby girl in March 2023.
In an interview with News18 Showsha, Mohit Raina opened up on his personal life, which he otherwise likes to keep low-key. The actor highlighted the new phase of his life as a father and shared some precious anecdotes. Revealing the amount of change that has come into his life after becoming a father, Mohit said:
“I can relate more with what fatherhood really means now. I now understand the extent to which a father can go to safeguard their children. My day starts and ends by looking at her face. It’s a beautiful feeling.”

Being an actor, it is not always possible for him to be with his baby girl and wifey, Aditi at all times. However, Mohit further mentions that he tries to be a hands-on father to his daughter most of the time, adding that he regularly speaks to her on video calls. Sharing how, after being a parent, he has understood what it takes to be one, Mohit mentioned:
“All of our parents have shared that feeling at one point of time. My parents always told me that I would understand what parents’ love truly is after I become a parent. I’m going through that phase where I’ve come to understand it fully. I constantly video call home to see my daughter’s face.”
In the concluding segment of the interview, Mohit Raina opened up on his willing choice to keep his personal life low-key and sacrosanct to himself. For the unversed, despite being into mainstream acting, Mohit isn’t a PDA kind of person when it comes to his family, who prefers to stay out of the limelight. Elaborating more on it, the actor revealed:
“When I decided to be an actor, I wasn’t really aware of the other side of it. As a public figure, I feel that there’s very less than I can hold on to. That part of me is very personal and private to me. It’s not like if I put that side out, it will lose its sanctity and importance. But I want to protect it as much as I can and keep it away from the limelight because it’s very close to my heart. I’ve a very small circle and they also like the fact that I keep them away from the media glare.”

For the unversed, some time back, there were strong rumours about everything not being well in Mohit Raina’s personal life vis-a-vis his wife, Aditi. However, the actor, after learning all about it, staunchly protested against the same. In one of his earlier interviews with Bollywood Bubble, Mohit recalled that particular period of time. He mentioned how such baseless rumours came about when his wife was already 3 months pregnant with their daughter.
In the same interview, Mohit had spoken up about spending time with his little baby girl. The actor even mentioned that right after the birth of his daughter, he took an 8-months-long break from films, so that he could spend some quality time with his wifey and newborn daughter.
