Ranveer Singh is one of the most handsome actors in the industry. He has already crafted a niche for himself by proving his mettle in acting. Counted among the most bankable actors of Bollywood currently, Ranveer has repeatedly made swanky purchases of cars, houses and many other luxury items. Nevertheless, he was also seen donning some of the most luxurious style statements at various public appearances. Now, as per a report, Ranveer has sold some of his possessions for reasons best known to him. However, it seems the deal was quite beneficial for the actor.
According to a report in Moneycontrol, Ranveer Singh has sold two luxury apartments in the Goregaon project on Mumbai's Western Express Highway. He got a total of Rs. 15.24 crores for selling off the two apartments. The actor signed the agreement papers along with his mother, Anju Jugjeet Singh Bhavnani. The apartments were purchased by Ranveer in December 2014 for Rs. 4.64 crore each.

The deal between Ranveer and the purchaser was reportedly done on November 6, 2023. Apart from the whopping price of the flats, the purchaser also paid a stamp duty of Rs. 45.75 lakh on each flat. Talking about the two apartments, 4303 and 4304, situated on the 43rd floor in Tower A of the Oberoi Exquisite in the Goregaon project. It measures a carpet area of 1,324 sq ft of carpet area along with three parkings each. Both the flats are situated on the 43rd floor of Oberoi Exquisite in Goregaon East.
On November 12, 2023, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh took to their respective IG handles separately and dropped two of the same pictures of their Diwali celebration. In the pictures, both Deepika and Ranveer were donning traditional outfits, and in one of the photos, the actress was seen giving a peck of love on her husband's cheeks. In the following photos, the duo was seen performing havan at their lavish home during Diwali. Sharing the pictures, Ranveer penned:
"Love and Light. Happy Diwali @deepikapadukone."

On August 19, 2022, Ranveer Singh took to his IG stories and shared a series of pictures from the griha pravesh puja performed at his and Deepika Padukone's then-new home. According to a report in ETimes, the pictures were from their new house in the Satirje area of Alibaug, designed by celebrity interior designer, Vinita Chaitanya. The price of the luxurious sea-facing bungalow, which is spread across 2.25 acres, was Rs. 22 crores. On the work front, Ranveer Singh will be next seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's upcoming film, Baiju Bawra, co-starring Alia Bhatt. The film is expected to be released in January 2024.
