Breaking the hearts of millions of his female fans, Shahid Kapoor had begun his ‘happily ever after’ with 21-year-old Delhi-based girl, Mira Rajput on July 7, 2015. Not just Mira had made a permanent place in Shahid’s heart, but his fans too had welcomed her with open arms. Together they weaved their happy world with their two little goofballs, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor. Mira is not just a star wife; she is the perfect example of beauty with brains and enjoys a huge fandom with a lot of admirers. But it is Mira and Shahid’s love for each other, that makes our heart skip a beat.

Mira Rajput Kapoor is very active on social media. A few months ago, in an 'AMA' session on her IG handle, a user had asked her about having a third child, and Mira had replied, "Hum do humare do." Another user had asked her about the theme of her kids' birthday parties, and she had revealed, "Misha's was unicorn meets peppa", and "Zains's can't be anything but construction."
There is no doubt that Mira Rajput has been acing the parenting game and we often get to see glimpses of the same on her IG handle. A few hours back, Mira took to her IG handle and shared glimpses of her favourite books that she loves reading to her little munchkins, Misha and Zain. Wishing everyone on International Children’s Book Day, the doting mommy revealed how books can become one’s best friend. She wrote, “Happy International Children’s Book Day! Books can become buddies, and just like friends we all find our own special one. Try including “DEAR” time in your child’s day: Drop Everything And Read! Here are all my favourite children’s books.”
A few months back, Mira Rajput Kapoor had given a glimpse of the gift she had received from her two-year-old son, Zain Kapoor and had expressed her astonishment on receiving so much attention from ‘the otherwise papa-obsessed monsters’. Mira had posted an IG story of a flower given to her by Zain and had written, "Is today mother's day? Because I'm getting a lot of attention from the otherwise papa-obsessed monsters" atop it.

In the Vogue Wedding Book 2019, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor had talked about their roles as ‘Daddy Pig’ and ‘Mommy Pig’. Shahid had remarked, “For now it’s just Peppa Pig. We’re happy being ‘Mummy Pig’ and ‘Daddy Pig’.” When it comes to bringing up their kids, Misha Kapoor and Zain Kapoor, Shahid and Mira become a team. Roles are perfectly cut out as Mira is the disciplinarian and Shahid is the softy. Shahid had explained, “Our kids are the first two projects we actually did together. One year into an arranged marriage, when you haven’t spent enough time together [earlier], you really evolve around each other.”
On March 24, 2021, Mira Rajput Kapoor had posted a picture of a yummylicious chocolate cake made by her talented daughter, Misha Kapoor, who often dons the baker’s hat. Revealing how it is always a Valentine’s Day for her hubby, Shahid Kapoor as Misha showers him with love and that Zain prefers Spiderman over her, Mira had written, "It's always Valentine's Day For papa only because baby boy prefers spiderman over me. #MissyTheBaker" atop the picture of a heart-shaped cake.
