One of the cutest couples of tinsel town, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput Kapoor welcomed their second baby Zain Kapoor on September 5, 2018. Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput walked down the aisle in July 2015 and already are parents to a baby girl, Misha Kapoor who was born to them in August 2016. Revealing the name of the baby boy, the doting daddy Shahid Kapoor took to his official Twitter account and wrote, “Zain Kapoor is here and we feel complete. Thank you for all the wishes and blessings. We are overjoyed and so grateful. Love to all.”
Ever since the little happiness entered Shamira’s (as Shahid and Mira’s fans call them) life, their fans have been eagerly waiting for the picture of the cute little Kapoor. And finally, mommy dear Mira shared the first ever picture of Zain Kapoor. Mira took to her official Instagram account and shared the following picture along with the caption that read, “Hello world”.
Isn’t Zain a cute gopu bacha and aren’t you feeling like cuddling him? Shahid was asked about who had kept Zain’s name in an interview with famous portal Pinkvilla. The Haider actor was quoted as saying, “We kind of decided both the names together when we were having our first baby. So, when the boy happened to be, we stuck to Zain." A few days before Zain was born, Mira in an interview with Times Now stated, “We haven't decided the name of the baby yet. In fact, we are open to all suggestions. Misha’s name was Shahid's selection. So, this time, I might get to select the name.” The beautiful mommy had then further shared, “This time I already have a toddler around and keeping a balance between the one you have and the one that's on its way is very important. Everything changes and you don't want that the one who has been the apple of your eyes for so long and feels that she's the centre of your world to feel neglected and ignored. That is very important.”
Shahid and Mira are loved by their fans so much that when Zain was born, they received a lot of gifts. She wrote, “Thank you to all those who have sent beautiful gifts for Zain. We are so fortunate and extremely grateful for all we have, but there are families and babies who are much more in need. Please send your products/gifts to those in need instead and make another baby’s world a happier place.”
