On April 8, 2018, a picture shared by Ankita Konwar on her official Instagram account sparked the rumours of the engagement with her twice in age boyfriend and actor, Milind Soman. 52-year-old Milind and 26-year-old Ankita are in a steady relationship and their PDA on social media is a testimony to that. Amidst the talks of Ankita and Milind’s engagement, now the buzz is that the lovebirds might tie the knot in April itself.
As per a leading daily’s reports, Milind and Ankita are all set to solemnise their marriage on April 21, 2018. The wedding will take place in Alibaug, and it will be an intimate wedding ceremony for the couple. Talking about Ankita and Milind’s marriage, a source was quoted as saying, "Only close friends and family know about the wedding. The couple did not want to make their wedding a huge affair." It is not the first time that the couple shared the pictures of their engagement rings, they have shared it earlier quite a few times. But somehow it escaped from everyone’s notice. On October 03, 2016, Ankita Konwar shared the picture in which for the first time we can see their engagement rings, and she captioned it, "Someone wise said, forever isn't time but forever is You and I."
In the latest picture shared by Ankita on her Instagram, holding Milind’s hands in which we can spot her alleged engagement ring, she captioned that picture as, “I don't want to know what it's like to live without you, don’t want to know the other side of a world without you.” Although, neither Milind nor Anikta have announced their alleged engagement and speculated wedding.

According to SpotboyE, a few months back, Milind visited Ankita’s hometown Guwahati, to meet her parents. While the couple was there, they also attended Ankita’s little nephew’s birthday bash where Milind was officially introduced to Ankita’s family. The source said, “Milind timed his visit to coincide with Ankita’s nephew’s birthday, so he could meet her friends, family and relatives, who were in attendance. The source also revealed if Ankita’s parents were irked with the huge age gap between the lovers, “Ankita is almost half of Milind’s age, the massive age-gap was an issue for Ankita’s family but now after having met Milind, they are ready to ignore the age factor.” Because of their huge age gap, Ankita and Milind have faced a lot of trolls on social media. Speaking about which, Milind once asserted, “A relationship, it’s about both the people. And I don’t consider age at all for anything — whether its relationships, fitness or health or whatever.”
