Who is Robbie Williams’ wife, Ayda Field Williams?
According to reports, Ayda Field Williams is from Los Angeles. She grew up in Southern California with her mom, her stepfather, and a younger brother. During an October 2022 episode of her Happy Mum Happy Baby podcast, she says that she considers LA her home and that she spends a good amount of time there.
Ayda has previously worked as a stand-up comedian and has since shifted gears and begun taking jobs as an actress. One of her first roles was in the comedy-drama series Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip. Some of the other hit shows Ayda has appeared in include 2 Broke Girls, Will & Grace, Fresh Meat, and Days of Our Lives. Speaking about the start of her acting career, she once said:
“I was finally at that place where I was getting offered stuff instead of having to audition for it, which is a huge moment because you hustle so much.”
Coming to her relationship with Robbie, the duo first met on a blind date in 2007. They were set up by a mutual friend. When Loose Women co-host Kaye Adams once asked Ayda and Robbie if it was love at first sight for them, the singer said, “It wasn't, and then it was. It was love at, like, 20 minutes later.”
On the other hand, Ayda claimed that their first meeting was nothing short of awkward and weird until they shared a “moment on the couch.” Revealing what she thought after that, she admitted, “I had that ‘Oh my God, did you just feel that?’ but I thought if I said that Robbie would run for the hills.”
After developing a bond, Ayda and Robbie tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at their LA home on August 7, 2010. The couple had initially kept the fact that they were going to get married a secret from most of their guests. They reportedly flew their family members in under the guise of a James Bond Casino Royale party.
Fans of the singer might be aware that the clips from the pair’s wedding were used in the music video for the song Soul Transmission. Gushing about how beautiful his wife looked on their wedding day, Robbie said:
"Ayda looked like the most beautiful girl in the world. The setting was so magical, and to be surrounded by family and close friends and then see Ayda appear looking so radiant was almost too much for me to take."
Ayda and Robbie renewed their vows in 2024 in the presence of their close friends and family. Over the years of their marriage, the couple has welcomed four kids together. They have two daughters, Theodora Rose and Colette Josephine, and two sons, Charlton Valentine and Beau Benedict Enthoven.
