Mahira got married for the second time in her life in October 2023. She got hitched to Pakistani businessman, Salim Karim in an intimate wedding ceremony. While the actress had previously shared a few glimpses from her pre-wedding and wedding ceremonies. Fatima Tariq, a photographer, took to her Instagram account on March 9, 2024, and shared Mahira’s look from her walima. For the ceremony, the actress opted for an elegant saree from the shelves of Bunto Kazmi. Mahira paired her heavily embellished tissue saree with an equally gorgeous blouse. She chose two chokers, one long necklace, pearl-studded jhumkas, and bangles to accessorise her ensemble. Moreover, Mahira used subtle makeup to accentuate the beauty of her overall look.
The Pakistani actress wore a Faraz Manan heavily embellished lehenga for her nikah ceremony. For her mayun, the actress had slipped into a gorgeous anarkali kurta paired with golden-hued churidar. She opted for a heavily-worked dupatta to complete her look for the ceremony. Mahira wore an embroidered purple-hued anarkali set paired with a red-hued dupatta featuring beadwork all over for her mehendi ceremony.

On March 8, 2024, Mahira Khan graced the hot seat of her digital platform, Mashion. The actress talked about her pregnancy rumours, upcoming projects, and her marriage. At the beginning of the interview, the actress was asked about what’s the weirdest rumours she had heard about herself recently. Mahira immediately talked about her pregnancy rumours and said:
“Oh, that I am pregnant. It’s not weird, it’s just a rumour. I don't know where they came up with it, I think it's because I've put on weight, but then they also said that I've left the Netflix series and a major film and whatnot. So, yeah but it's not true.”
Further in the interaction, the Pakistani actress was asked to share what she loves, hates and tolerates about her significant other. Mahira was a bit hesitant at first, but then she revealed that she hates the fact that her husband is not very expressive with his feelings, and she tolerates this particular habit of Salim’s as well. She shared:
“I hate that he's not expressive; I tolerate that he's not expressive. Okay, no. Sometimes, I like the music to be turned off, but he likes the music to be on all the time. It's like the minute he wakes up, he wants the music on, and I like listening to the sound of birds. I like that. What do I love? I love the fact that he tolerates the fact that I like having breakfast alone.”
