Apart from her glorious career in the film industry, Madhuri has equally aced her roles and responsibilities towards her family, and shares an amazing bond with them. Moreover, her family members are equally proud of her achievements and stand as strong pillars of strength for her.
Taking to her IG handle on June 27, 2023, Madhuri Dixit dedicated an emotional post for her dearest mommy, late Snehlata Dixit. On the occasion of the latter’s birthday, Madhuri dropped a heart-warming video which featured many moments of her along with her mother. For the unversed, Madhuri’s mother, Snehlata passed away on March 12, 2023. Along with it, Madhuri penned a note, which expressed how much she missed her mom on the special day. Her note could be read as:
“Heaven gained an angel with you, Aai. Happy birthday to the most perfect mother ever to grace both Earth and heaven. I love you so much.”

Well, not just Madhuri, but even her dear husband, Shriram Nene had poured his heart out for wishing his late mother-in-law on her birthday. Taking to his IG handle, Dr Nene dropped a candid picture of Snehlata Dixit from his archives and captioned it with a loving and heartfelt note. Adorably calling her mother-in-law, Tai, he expressed how much he missed her presence, and shared that she would have turned 91 on this day. His note could be read as:
"Happy Bday to Tai, Snehalata Dixit, my loving wife’s mom and my mother in law! She would have been 91 today. She filled our lives with happiness. She lived an amazing life, filled with love, family, humor, grace and good people. She will live on in our memories forever!
Just a year back in June 2022, Madhuri Dixit along with her hubby, Shriram Nene had celebrated the former’s mother, Snehalata Dixit’s 90th birthday in a special manner. She also had taken to her social media handle and dropped glimpses of some candid moments of her mom along with her, her husband and her kids, Arin and Ryan. Along with it, she penned an adorable wish, which could be read as:
“Happy Birthday, Aai! They say a mother is a daughter's bestfriend. They couldn't be any more right. From everything that you've done for me, the lessons that you've taught have been the biggest gift for me from you. I wish you only good health & happiness!”
Madhuri has grown up in quite a protective manner, and her parents have always been there by her side. In fact, as she too is a mom now, she tries to inculcate the same habits with her sons, as she has learnt from her parents. Speaking about the same, in an earlier interview with Harper Bazaar, Madhuri recalled how her parents would eventually accompany her even at work, and revealed how they let her take her own decisions only after her marriage.

In the same interview, Madhuri had also opened up on how she had benefitted by learning a lot of things from both her mother and mother-in-law, especially when it concerned how she raised her own children. Moreover, she also mentioned how both of them would always be there by her side when she brought up her sons in a particular way.
