As the rumours gained traction, media outlets and fans fact-checked and found out that it was actually an AI-generated image.

In a recent interview on Khloé in Wonder Land, Kim Kardashian addressed an AI-generated fake tweet that made it appear as if she was hitting on NBA player, Luka Doncic. She clarified that she never exchanged messages with Luka and expressed frustration over how convincing fake evidence was these days. Kim referred to the dating rumours with the Slovenian basketball player "insane", shutting down the chatter, saying:

"I don't know where it came. I haven't gone to a Laker game since."

Kim Kardashian also denied past rumours involving Tom Brady and Travis Barker. She further debunked a fake AI photo showing her with basketball power forward, Kevin Durant, which was linked with a false quote claiming she wanted to date him. The Skims owner questioned the source of these fabrications, asking, "Who comes up with these fake quotes?" Kim recalled that her brother, Rob Kardashian, was stunned upon hearing the news and confronted her about it. Rob was particularly incredulous because Kevin is much younger than Kim.
