Kartik Aaryan can be safely counted as one of the most bankable actors of his generation. The dashing actor has recently been a part of some blockbuster films, including Satyaprem Ki Katha, Shehzada, Bhool Bhulaiyya 2. Moreover, he often hits the spotlight with his frequent luxury purchases, which include everything from new homes, swanky cars and top-notch offices. And something similar happened yet again as he purchased a new office space in Mumbai worth crores.
According to the latest reports on Floortap.com, Kartik Aaryan has invested in yet another new property within Mumbai. The dashing actor bought a new and plush office space in the Signature Building on Veera Desai Road, Mumbai. Kartik’s office is situated on the fourth floor of the tower and he has paid a whopping amount of Rs. 10 crores for the same. Additionally, he paid a stamp duty of Rs. 47.55 Lakhs on September 8, 2023.

Interestingly, that’s not all to it. Apparently, Kartik’s newly acquired office space is on the same floor in the building where his ex-girlfriend, Sara Ali Khan also owns an office space. Back in July 2023, Sara along with her mother, Amrita Singh purchased an office unit and got it registered. According to earlier reports by Moneycontrol, Sara’s office unit costed worth Rs. 9 crores, and she paid a stamp duty of Rs. 41.01 lakhs.
While Sara and Kartik’s relationship has been long over, the duo still continue to share a cordial bond with one another. Proof of the same was found when the duo hugged one another at the success party of Sunny Deol’s film, Gadar 2. However, it appeared that the duo looked stressed as they warmly embraced one another.

For the unversed, Sara and Kartik started dating one another when their paths crossed during the shooting of their film, Love Aaj Kal 2. However, due to reasons best known to them, they called it quits after a few months. In one of his previous interviews with Film Companion, Kartik revealed whether he dated anyone post his breakup with Sara. The actor mentioned that he hardly dated anyone after that. Moreover, he hilariously added how his last dialled number on the phone is none other than that of his mother.
