Aaliya Siddiqui has been grabbing the limelight for quite some time now. She made headlines when she first spoke about her disturbed marital life with her ex-husband and actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui publicly. Moreover, she participated in the popular reality show, Bigg Boss OTT 2 and made some controversial statements about her personal life there as well. A cinematographer by profession, Aaliya is currently based out of Dubai with her kids, Nawazuddin, on the other hand, visits them frequently to meet his kids. However, latest reports suggest that things are not well for Aaliya in the foreign land.
According to the latest reports in ETimes, Aaliya Siddiqui was served with an immediate evacuation notice from her rented property in Dubai by the authorities from the Rental Disputes Centre. The notice revealed that she’s been served a deportation notice from the Dubai government due to non-payment of rent, which is valued at 27,180.00 dirhams. For the unversed, after Aaliya’s legal battle with her ex-husband, Nawazuddin over not paying subsistence for her and for their children in the Bombay High Court, it was the actor’s responsibility to pay for the outstanding rent in Dubai. However, as he had failed to do so, Aaliya has been ordered to evacuate her property with immediate effect, and due to the failure of which strict legal action might be taken against her.

In one of her earlier interviews with ETimes, Aaliya Siddiqui had reacted to the Bombay High Court’s judgement, which made her estranged husband, Nawazuddin Siddiqui responsible for providing subsistence to her and their kids. Speaking along the same lines, Aaliya mentioned that she got the name in her agreement for the rental space in Dubai changed with that of Nawaz’s, such that he is rendered responsible if anything goes wrong with her or their children. She had mentioned:
“I want him to have the Dubai house agreement changed in his name. He is going to be the provider and if anything goes wrong here for us, it will give us more security if he holds the reins. As for the money part, Nawaz has been now paying up as per the Court orders. I think we should settle the Agreement thing in this visit.”
In one of her previous interviews with ETimes, Aaliya had mentioned how she felt proud that Nawazuddin Siddiqui has spaced out time within his schedule and has been spending them with their kids, while she was away at work. She revealed how her estranged husband took their kids with him to his shooting location in Hyderabad, and the three of them were having a gala time with one another.

Aaliya is currently in a relationship with her Italian beau, whose identity although she hasn’t disclosed, but nevertheless hasn’t shied away from revealing him to the world. She admitted that she has been loving every bit of her new life with the man. In one of her previous interviews with Bollywood Bubble, Aaliya reacted to whether her daughter, Shora is aware of the new man in her life. To this, Aaliya revealed that she has introduced her beau to her daughter as a friend as of now, and nothing more.
