Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja are all set for the Anand Karaj, a Sikh-style day wedding at Bandstand bungalow in Mumbai's posh area. The wedding venue is all decked up in exquisite white flowers and it has a tight security. With all the guests arriving at the venue to bless the couple who will be pronounced husband and wife in just a few hours, everyone is excited to see how beautiful and dashing everyone is looking. Soon after the first look of bride, Sonam was revealed, her Veere Di Wedding co-star, Kareena Kapoor Khan reached the venue for the wedding. Her other co-star, Swara Bhasker came early at the venue and looked spectacular in a blue lehenga. Kareena is looking drop-dead gorgeous in a pastel pink embellished anarkali and she is twinning with her baby boy, Taimur who is looking like a bundle of cuteness in a pink sherwani with his hair tied neatly in man bun.
Kareena Kapoor Khan’s hubby, Saif Ali Khan is also looking handsome in a kurta pyjama, perfectly complementing his wife and son. What's grabbing eyeballs is his shoes, he has paired white and pink oxfords with his kurta pyjama, and this trio is undoubtedly making the heads turn. Kareena has kept her hair, make-up and jewellery minimal, keeping in mind that it is a day wedding. She is wearing statement earrings in uncut diamonds and pearls, her make-up is light, in the shade of nude pink and her hair are tied neatly in a bun, with gajras. Kareena’s sister, Karisma Kapoor is wearing a floral lehenga paired with bottle green blouse. Putting end to all the speculations, Kapoor and Ahuja families released a statement about Sonam and Anand’s wedding. It stated, "From the Kapoor & Ahuja families, The Kapoor & Ahuja families, take great joy and pride, in announcing the marriage of Sonam & Anand. The wedding will take place on the 8th of May in Mumbai. Since it is an intimate affair, we request you to respect the family's need for privacy. Sonam and Anand shared a thank you card for all the guests who came all way long to be a part of their special day. The message on the card could be read as, "It's a great joy to love & be loved! We are blessed to have each of you in our lives and feel honoured that you have travelled miles to be with us! We hope you your stay and make memories of a lifetime...
