For a girl, the dhak-dhak in her heart actually starts when the wedding day arrives and she gets ready for her final function i.e. haldi ceremony. The nervousness of becoming a bride, the pain of leaving the cocoon behind, and the hope of entering a new family get clearly visible as her family puts haldi all over her body. The yellow colour of haldi brings a lot of laughter and smiles in the family. For those who don't know, Television's popular actress, Kamya Panjabi was earlier married to a businessman, Bunty Negi. She had tied the knot in the year 2003 and in the year 2006, they were blessed with a baby girl, whom they had named Aara. It was in the year 2013 when the duo decided to part ways and had gotten oficially separated. And right in the middle of an ordinary shoot life, love knocked the doors in Kamya's life and she found her 'Mister Right' in Shalabh Dang, who is Delhi-based healthcare professional.

The countdown for Kamya's wedding has begun and just a few hours are left for her to turn Shalabh's bride. On February 9, 2020, Kamya's family organised a haldi ceremony for her. And oh boy, we loved all the pictures from the happy ceremony. But it was her ten-year-old daughter, Aara, who won our hearts when she happily took her mother for the ceremony and sat right beside her. For the function, Kamya wore a yellow sleeveless suit. She captioned the pictures as "#shubhmangalkasha #haldi @theglamweddingofficial @shalabhdang". Check it out below:

On February 8, 2020, Kamya and Shalabh had gotten engaged in a Gurudwara. The actress had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared happy pictures from the beautiful day. Along with it, she had written, "#shubhmangalkasha #sagai @theglamweddingofficial @shalabhdang." She donned a golden kurti and teamed it with a black sharar.a and yellow dupatta. Her look was completed with statement earrings, and curly hairs. On February 5, 2020, Kamya had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared a picture from the first pre-wedding function of her wedding i.e. Mata Ki Chowki. The actress had opted for a rani pink saree with orange border and teamed it with a contrasting orange blouse. The look was completed with a choker neckpiece and matching jhumkis. Along with the picture, Kamya had written, "And the celebration of #ShubhMangalKasha begins. Jai Mata Di #matakichowki @shalabhdang".

For Kamya, the month of February started on a happy note. On February 1, 2020, Kamya's girl tribe had hosted a surprise bachelorette party for her. The actress had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared happy pictures from her bash. Along with it, she had written, "Thank you my lovelies for the wonderful surprise. Thank you for making me feel so special. Yes, yes Meri Shaadi hai." In the pictures, the actress was looking gorgeous as she radiated her bridal glow in a maroon skirt teamed with a black strappy blouse. She had accessorised her look with a choker neckpiece and a nath.

In an interview with the Hindustan Times, Kamya had revealed that she is head-over-heels in love with Shalabh and life is different with him. She had further shared that she has understood the meaning of blushing and glowing in love and is looking forward to spending her entire life with him. Kamya had also shared that there have been times when people have wondered what made Shalabh accept her and her daughter.
