Kamya Panjabi is on top of the world as she is making preparations for her February wedding with Shalabh Dang. From a failed marriage to a broken heart, Kamya had seen all the lows of a relationship. She had finally found solace in the arms of Delhi-based healthcare professional, Shalabh Dang. From going on vacations to celebrating each other’s special days, the couple has been posting drool-worthy pictures on their social media handles.
On January 21, 2020, Kamya took to her Instagram handle and shared a video as she takes us through her wedding card. Kamya shared the first look of her wedding card and was seen seeking blessings from Lord Ganesha. Along with the video, she wrote, “The Blessed Beginning Of #ShubhMangalKaSha With the Beautiful #GanapatiBappaMorya.” On the video, her fiance, Shalabh Dang posted a comment which can be read as “The new beginning Ganapati Bappa Morya #shubhmangalkasha.”
Kamya Panjabi and her beau, Shalabh Dang are all set to tie the knot on February 10, 2020. On January 17, 2020, Kamya had taken to her Instagram handle and had shared an adorable picture with Shalabh. Reminiscing the beautiful moments spent with Shalabh, Kamya had written an emotional note. Her note could be read as “Last year, this day i spoke to u for the first time n today i m preparing for my marriage with you... Last year this day i was broken, i was lonely.. u picked up the pieces n made me the happy person that i m today... i m so lucky to have someone like you in my life who's only motive is to make me smile n happy.. you are my life, you are my good karma, you are my Gannu's best gift to me Thank you for coming into my life.. Thank you for loving me so much.. On November 21, 2019, Kamya had announced the ‘good news’ of her wedding with her fans on her Instagram handle. Kamya had written, “So here I m with my fav picture with my fav man announcing my fav date #10thFeb2020 Bless Us for this New Journey New Beginnings.” In an interview with the Bombay Times, Kamya had confirmed her wedding date to be February 10, 2020, and the pre-wedding functions would begin from February 9, 2020. The wedding would take place in Mumbai followed by a grand reception. Another reception would take place in Delhi soon after. Coincidentally, it was in February 2019 when Shalabh and Kamya had met and a few months later, he had popped up the much-awaited question to his ladylove.
A couple of months ago, Shalabh had posted an adorable picture of himself with Kamya wherein they were seen twinning in colour-coordinated clothes. Along with the picture, he had written, "We can’t look at each other without smiling. I love the beautiful ways you touch my life, thank you for coming into my life @panjabikamya."
In a throwback interview with the Bombay Times, Kamya had spoken about her decision of not marrying again and being ‘shaadi ke khilaaf’. Discussing changing her thoughts on marriage, she had shared, “Tying the knot again was a huge deal for me and hence, I took my time to think about it. Following a failed marriage and a few heartbreaks, I had almost turned averse to the idea of tying the knot and falling in love. In fact, there came a point when main shaadi ke khilaaf ho gayi thi. But Shalabh has made me believe in love and the institution of marriage again.
