The report claims that unnamed sources shared that Jessica has warned her husband, Justin Timberlake, that unless he changes his behaviour, their 13-year marriage might lead to divorce. The sources told The Globe that Jessica is allegedly tired of her husband, Justin’s 'antics'. There have been two major issues that are bothering The Texas Chainsaw Massacre actress. Jessica is first bothered by Justin’s high-profile drunk driving case from June 2024.

Secondly, Jessica is concerned about how the singer-actor acts socially when he is away from home. One insider claimed that the situation has now reached to a brutal ultimatum. If Justin Timberlake 'messes up again', Jessica is ready to leave. The sources highlight that anger is not just about legal trouble. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre star is reportedly upset as her husband spends less time at home with his children. Another insider said, "She does everything with the kids, and she's sick of being publicly embarrassed."

Justin Timberlake’s drunk driving case ended with a relatively small legal punishment, but the high-profile case led to global humiliation. It became a huge public embarrassment after unseen bodycam footage came out in March 2026. In the footage, Justin can be seen in a drunken state. The video captured the moments that led to Justin’s detention in 2024. In the clip, he was speaking slowly and sounding slightly drunk while telling officers that he was 'just following' friends home. When the authorities asked the singer-actor to perform a series of sobriety tests, Justin struggled to pass each test.

Justin stepped off the line during a heel-to-toe walk, took the wrong number of steps, and tried hard to balance on one foot. In the video, the singer-actor admitted that his 'heart is racing' and that the sobriety tests were 'really hard.' Initially, Justin faced a serious drunk driving charge (DWI), but he pleaded guilty in September 2024 to a lesser offence called Driving While Ability Impaired (DWAI). Due to this, Justin had to pay a USD 500 fine, do 25 hours of community service, lose his license for 90 days and share a public safety message about drunk driving.
