JasonTheWeen Faces Backlash After Mocking Sykkuno Amid Cheating Row, Fans Say, 'This Isn't Funny'

JasonTheWeen has sparked a new controversy on the internet after he cosplayed to mock Sykkuno, who is involved in a cheating scandal. Although he tried to entertain his followers using the new act, it has brought him criticism over the sensitivity and timing of the issue. While Sykkuno is already facing serious allegations, internet users are now questioning whether JasonTheWeen's humour went too far.

JasonTheWeen receives backlash for cosplay roast on Sykkuno 

JasonTheWeen sparked a new controversy after recreating an old viral image of Sykkuno. He did the dress-up for a cosplay-stylish skit, which he later shared online. According to the video and pictures from the same, JasonTheWeen copied Sykkuno's messy hairstyle, casual hoodie attire and even tried to mimic him. The video co-starred internet streamer, StableRonaldo and mentioned his alleged leaked messages shared by HemomalVT, which brought Sykkuno under scanner. 

Although the video was meant to be a satire, many viewers felt it crossed a line. Internet users quickly reacted to the post, calling it "tone-deaf" given the seriousness of the issue. One person wrote, "Also crazy that he is making fun of Sykkuno when he basically does the same thing, he is open about it." Another user questioned, "What does Jasontheween have to do with this?"

Valkyrae deleted her comment on JasonTheWeen's video after facing backlash

Things became more serious when Valkyrie briefly interacted with the post. She initially made a fun remark, writing, "Let me get you some more jewelry" related to an old inside joke about Sykkuno's appearance. However, the message's context did not sit with the internet users. The teasing felt serious, and Valkyrie was criticised for the same. After a short while, she had to delete the tweet, but it had already gone viral. A user commented on her teasing and wrote:

"Why would she go on stream backpedalling her comments only to come on Twitter and do this? Streamers really are fake, huh? I'm not even on Sykkunos' side and think this looks bad on her right here."

HemomalVT claims Sykkuno cheated on his girlfriend

The whole controversy stems from Sykkuno's ongoing cheating allegations. It began when VTuber HemomalVT shared a detailed document about Sykkuno in early April 2026. She alleged that the 34-year-old has been in a long-term relationship but is also pursuing other women, including smaller creators. The document also included alleged chats, videos and voice recordings related to the same. HemomalVT also accused Sykkuno of "love bombing", which means giving expensive gifts and affection to women before taking it away. 

Although the allegations have sparked a new debate online, Sykkuno has not responded. At the same time, Lena and content creator, Elfilea reportedly supported parts of HemomalVT's claims, with Elfilea admitting she felt "used and lied to." Many other creators have reported similar uncomfortable conversations with him, but none of them is legally verified. Yet, it had made a severe dent in Sykkuno's public image.
