Janhvi Kapoor is one of the most promising actresses in the Indian film industry. The daughter of legendary star, Sridevi and film producer, Boney Kapoor has marked her place in the industry, courtesy of her amazing acting skills. For the unversed, Janhavi made her acting debut in the year 2018 with the film, Dhadak. And since then, she has not looked back.
Moreover, Janhvi enjoys a huge fan following on social media. And she often shares oh-so-gorgeous pictures of herself on her IG handle. Talking about her personal life, Janhvi shares a great bond with her sister, Khushi Kapoor and half-siblings, Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor. However, it is her daddy, Boney Kapoor, who is her confidant. Recently the actress was seen talking about her papa, and it served pure father-daughter goals.

In an interview with the Bollywood Bubble, Janhvi Kapoor opened up about her father, Boney Kapoor and how he heaped praises on her. Talking about the same, the Roohi actress revealed that her father would complement everything she does. She mentioned that it is quite obvious because she is his daughter, so he will even praise her burps, for that matter. In her words:
"I am his daughter. He will think that even if I burp he'll be like 'Wah beta! Kya dakaar maara hai. He also came from the place of saying his two bits about 'you've misunderstood my daughter, she works hard' and that was his way of doing it. But it's fine, all this talking makes no difference. We have given out heart and soul to this film. Hopefully they will see it when they see the film."
Earlier, during the trailer launch of Janhvi's upcoming film, Mili, Boney Kapoor had heaped praises on his daughter. He shared that he is super proud of her and her hard work. He also added that she has grown from film to film. Boney had also revealed that his daughter would soon outgrow the burden of being the superstar, Sridevi's daughter. He had said:
"She's done phenomenally well in this film and not only this film but she's grown from film to film. I think this film has brought her closer to peak. Not that this would be the end, I'm sure she will outgrow the kind of burden that she carries being Sri's daughter."

Meanwhile, earlier, in an interview with Siddharth Kanan, Janhvi had talked about her father's one condition for her future groom. The Dhadak actress revealed that her father wants her husband-to-be as tall as him. Elaborating on the same, she had mentioned:
"Papa has this thing. He doesn't care anything else, he was just like 'He should just be as tall as me' and papa is 6'1. As a kid, he used to tell me and Khushi that before you get married, I want to make sure that you can go and tell your husband that my father has made me travel all around the world before I even got married to you. He didn't want to leave any stone unturned. But now I realise that he did that because he wanted to make sure that the person that we marry lives up to how giving he's been with me and Khushi."
On the work front, Janhvi Kapoor will be next seen in the film, Mili.
