Television actress, Charu Asopa is going through a very tough time as her fallout with Rajeev Sen is grabbing all the headlines. Every day, there are new and shocking revelations about their marriage and their fans are quite upset about the same. After giving their marriage another chance, it seems like Charu and Rajeev’s incompatibility issues are beyond repairable now.
For the unversed, Charu Asopa and Rajeev Sen tied the know in 2019 after dating each other for a while. And since then, there have been reports about problems in their paradise. In 2021, the duo became parents and welcomed their daughter, Ziana. However, Charu and Rajeev’s marital problems didn’t end, and the estranged couple has been washing their dirty linen in public.

In a recent interview with ETimes, Charu alleged that Rajeev has the habit of blocking her, and it had been the same since the beginning. She also stated that even his family is quite miffed with it and asked her to be mature to make the marriage work. Revealing how she was asked to quit her work and start cooking for Rajeev, Charu said:
“Once he disappeared for 3 months and blocked me on the phone. His family is also annoyed with him because to make him understand is not possible. So they would tell me to be mature. You stop working for 6 months, start cooking for him, he will be very happy.”
In the same interview, Charu also revealed how he told her that if she continued to work, then their marriage would never work. Stating how he would say cheap things about her and would taunt her if any of her male co-stars greeted her, Charu shared:
“He would say such cheap things when I would go for auditions. He would send me messages. He was always suspicious about me and would link me up with anyone. There was a time when I would get scared of stepping out of the house thinking it would upset Rajeev. Kahin unka mood Na kharab hojaaye.”

Charu desperately wanted her marriage with Rajeev Sen to work as it is her second marriage, and she doesn’t want to ruin it. Stating how her family would pressurise her, the Mere Angne Mein actress stated:
“I was always under pressure from my family’s side to make this second marriage work. Otherwise people would think bad about me and taunt me that Iss ladki mein he problem hai, Tabhi dusri Shaadi nahi Tikki. Hence, I put in a lot of effort and it got me frustrated and I was not happy.”
Well, we wish Rajeev and Charu to sort out their differences amicably.
