Currently, the actress is on cloud nine as she is gearing up for the most special moment of her life, i.e. her wedding with the love of her life, Sohael Kathuriya. For the unversed, on November 2, 2022, Hansika announced the most special news of her life on her social media, expressing her joy to the world of being proposed for marriage in a totally dreamy way.

The couple has planned their special day to be a destination wedding in a 450-year-old fort in Jaipur. However, it has been reported that Hansika has decided to flag off some of her celebrations in Mumbai as well. A source close to the actress revealed that she would host a mata-ki-chowki in their home city as a mark of an auspicious beginning. The source mentioned:
“The actor is planning a close-knit Mata Chowki to start off the wedding celebrations. While the wedding is in Jaipur, Hansika wanted to start the journey of getting married in Mumbai itself. That is why she is starting on a devotional note, by organising Mata ki Chowki in suburbs of Mumbai next week.”

Sometime back, the internet was flooded with leaked pictures of the couple’s wedding invite, and needless to say, it was everything dreamy and chic. The invite, encased in an oxidised silver frame, with all the details of the wedding events embedded against the backdrop of Hansika and Sohael’s photograph. It also included some lovely floral decorations and lots of goodies.
With the wedding preparations in full swing, Hansika had recently shared quite a funny picture of herself on her social media. Taking a hilarious dig at wedding expenses, the photo showcased Hansika hunting her bag for funds to buy herself a wedding lehenga. She had captioned the photo as:
“Finding funds for my shaadi ka lehenga”
