It is a very rare scenario when the world sees two step-sisters bond with each other, as if they are their own. Similar is the story of sister trio, Janhvi Kapoor, Anshula Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. The once not-so-fond-of-each-other half-sisters can’t seem to get enough of each other these days. After Sridevi’s demise, Anshula and Arjun seem to have been extremely protective of Janhvi and Khushi. They have become so close to each other that Anshula and Janhvi wore colour-coordinated lehengas at Sonam’s reception party held on May 8, 2018 at The Leela, Mumbai. From protecting Khushi and Janhvi from social media trolls, meeting at regular intervals at family dinners, spending time with each other and planning for holidays together; Arjun, Anshula, Janhvi and Khushi’s close camaraderie has truly proved the proverb, ‘United we stand, divided we fall’.
Netizens had long waited to see a family picture of Boney, Arjun, Anshula, Janhvi and Khushi. But they had none until yesterday. At Sonam Kapoor’s reception, the world finally caught glimpses of the wonderful family together standing strong and looking beautiful.
Once, Anshula politely spoke against people who trolled and abused Khushi and Janhvi. She took to social media and wrote, “Hi, I’m requesting you to refrain from using abusive language especially towards my sisters, I do not appreciate it & have therefore deleted ur comments. While I am grateful for your passion & love for bhai & me, just a small correction - I was never working outside India. Let’s please spread joy & good vibes. Thank you for the love.”
To suffice this, a few days after she slammed trollers, she posted a very encouraging quote which said, “No matter how chaotic it is, wildflowers still spring up in the middle of nowhere.” And put this caption along with it, “Strong willed, they dare to blossom & hold their own, spreading their beauty wherever the wind takes them. Wildflowers dare greatly.”
Elder brother, Arjun Kapoor stood behind her father and half-sisters like never before. So much so, that Boney Kapoor was quoted as saying, “I am blessed to have the support and love of Arjun and Anshula, who have been such pillars of strength for myself, Khushi and Janhvi. Together, as a family, we have tried to face this unbearable loss.”
