King of Romance, Shah Rukh Khan has made every woman go weak in their knees with his charming looks and mesmerising acting chops. While he has romanced quite a few leading ladies on the silver screen, he has always kept his heart reserved for his eternal ladylove, Gauri Khan. The duo started off as childhood sweethearts and even today, they prove themselves to be one of the most evergreen couples in the Hindi film industry. Though they may be busy with their respective hectic schedules, nevertheless they do not cease from stealing a moment or two for themselves.
While SRK rules the screen, he has willingly let his darling wifey, Gauri to take over his personal life and household completely, and has obediently accepted her as the OG boss. Nevertheless, there was once a time when Gauri’s unbeatable talents had stunned SRK, while the latter had simply proved herself to be the ultimate boss lady. Well, in a rather unseen private video of the couple, one can spot Gauri riding a desert bike at top speed while on her family vacation with SRK and their kids, Aryan and Suhana. However, what caught the spotlight was the fact that Shah Rukh was completely stunned by the speed at which Gauri rode the bike and issued her a small, cautious warning:
“Go slow! Gauri! “

Going further in the video, we can also spot another beautiful moment between the couple. Well, after Gauri finished her lap on the beach, she comes back and invites her hubby, Shah Rukh to become her pillion rider. The doting hubby, willingly agrees and sits behind his wifey and the duo immediately set off for a happy ride. But as they return back, we see SRK giving a hilarious reaction to his ride and revealing that he was scared of Gauri’s high speed. Thereafter, as their daughter, Suhana accompanies her mommy for the next ride, he can be seen issuing a small warning and said:
“She is a speed maniac. Gauri, go slow yaar, its very scary. Nobody is going fast.”
SRK often loves sharing fond anecdotes from his personal life to his fans. Be it lesser-known details from his love story with wife, Gauri Khan to fond memories with his children, Aryan, Suhana and AbRam, there has been no limit. For instance, Shah Rukh once recalled how he had purchased his first home with Gauri amidst a tight financial crunch. Moreover, he also revealed that Gauri back then, was pregnant with their first child, Aryan. Speaking up on the same, he mentioned:
“It all started when we bought our first home in Mumbai, Needless to say, it was beyond our means, but we needed a living space, because we were expecting Aaryan. So, the choice was made, that we would try and buy stuff for the house as and when we had the money. We could not afford a designer so the job was taken over by Gauri.”

Despite being the better-half of such a massively successful actor, Gauri Khan is known by her own merit as an equally prosperous interior designer. Nevertheless, it does not stop her from being wrongfully labelled as a star-wife. Speaking up on the same, she once, in an interview revealed how the word is quite strange for her, and drives her crazy. In her words:
“The term just drives me nuts. It sounds very strange to me. If only people can treat me as a normal human being, take me as a woman of today instead of tagging me as a star wife. I’m not pitching myself with anybody and nor am I overly ambitious. All I need is to wake up in the morning, go to the gym, feel healthy, get to work, be creative, come back home to the kids. I want to do very good work.”
