Gauahar Khan and her hubby, Zaid Darbar are currently in seventh heaven as they became parents to their adorable baby boy. For the unversed, Gauahar and Zaid got married on December 25, 2020, and after three years of marital bliss, the duo welcomed their baby boy, Zehaan, on May 10, 2023. Since Gauhar and Zaid joined the parents club, they have been sharing some sweet glimpses of their parenthood journey. And now, in a recent interview, Gauhar talked about being a mom for the first time. She also shared who the baby boy resembles.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Bubble, Gauahar Khan opened up about how it felt when he held her baby boy for the first time. The diva revealed that when she held her son, she realised that he is a new addition to her world. Gauahar said that his baby boy, Zehaan is the best joy of her life and the best gift that she got. Further in the interview, Gauahar Khan stated that motherhood is the best thing that a girl experiences in her life. Elaborating more on the same, Gauahar stated:
"When I hold him, I’m like ‘this is new’. He’s like a new addition to this entire world. He’s the joy of my life. He’s the best gift that Allah could’ve ever given me. I think motherhood is like the best thing that could ever happen to any girl. Agar aap chahte ho maa banna please go ahead and do it. It’s the best thing ever. I do pray that everyone gets to experience this because it’s the best thing.”

Further, in the interview, Gauahar Khan revealed some unheard anecdotes about his baby boy, Zehaan. The actress shared that the little prince looks exactly like his nana, i.e., Gauahar's father. The actress mentioned that Zehaan has gotten his nana's smile and his eyes. The actress called his son beautiful. Revealing that when Zehaan was born, both her and her hubby's family agreed upon the same, Gauahar mentioned:
"He looks a lot like my father. He’s got his smile. So, when he’s sleeping and he smiling, I go like he’s got my papa’s smile. So, when he was born the first thing Zaid’s side and also my side said that he looks like Nana. MashaAllah he’s got his smile. He’s got my father’s eyes because my eyes. So, my eyes are exactly like Zehaan’s. And he’s beautiful.”
In the same interview, Gauahar Khan was asked who in their family pampers Zehaan the most. To this, the new mom mentioned that the whole family showers love upon their little prince. Gauahar also shared how Zehaan's two masis keep pampering the baby boy. Elaborating more on the same, Gauahar said:
"Actually yes, he’s very blessed. He’s got a lot of people pampering him. My sister Nigaar from America keeps sending stock of stuff from American brands and my sister Zakia has gone nuts pampering him. They were there pampering him. They really took care of him MashaAllah. Both my sisters were fabulous at looking after me during that phase.”
Earlier, in an interview with Hauterrfly, Gauahar Khan revealed that she actually drove to her delivery. Sharing the details about Zehaan's birth, Gauahar mentioned that on that day, she had an appointment with her doctor, and they were heading there when her contractions began while driving. She added that she had reached the hospital at 4:30, and her son was born at 9:30.

On May 11, 2023, Gauahar had taken to her IG handle and shared an adorable baby arrival announcement post. Sharing a picture note, the new mom revealed that she and Zaid were blessed with a baby boy, who arrived on May 10, 2023.
