All about Gabbriette’s Matieres Fecales wedding gown
For her wedding with Matty Healy, Gabbriette wore a tattered gown designed by high-fashion brand Matières Fécales. It marked the brand’s first-ever bridal couture, and its name translates to “fecal matter” in French. The white silk taffeta gown featured a hand-pleated bodice and triple bustle with train.
The edges of the gown were torn, a signature artistry by the brand, which lends it a deliberately ragged appearance. Gabbriette completed her look with a veil along with white satin curved-heel pumps from Matières Fécales’ collaboration with Christian Louboutin.
For her pre-wedding look, Gabbriette wore a black gown built using a vintage Martin Margiela dress, loosely inspired by Bram Stoker’s Dracula. The stunning model broke the myth of a bride donning white on her wedding and told Vogue:
“Bridal is whatever you want it to be. I’ve always been a fan of black clothing, and it felt right using this dress that I’ve loved for so long and repurposing it.”
Gabrielle's love for deconstructed fashion is known to everyone. For her bachelorette party, the diva wore a Chanel tweed skirt suit made to look like it was coming undone at the hems. She donned a cropped white tweed blazer and matching skirt, altered to a mid-thigh pencil style. She completed her look with a white fascinator, pumps and a white Chanel shopping bag.

After calling it quits with Taylor Swift, Matt Healy found love in Gabbriette. The duo was first spotted in 2023. At the time, they were photographed kissing and hugging in New York City. After their frequent spotting, later that month, they appeared together at various New York Fashion Week events.
In 2024, Matty and Gabbriette got engaged after they had been dating for almost a year. The proposal happened after one of Charli XCX's Brat Tour concerts, and it was Gabbriette who announced the news via Instagram, flaunting her unique black engagement ring. Confirming the news of their engagement, Matt’s mom Denise Welch said on Loose Women:
"I have known for a few weeks that Matty got engaged ... They went over to see their friends Charli and George in New York and I woke up this morning to the fact they’ve put it on Instagram."
Matty and Gabbriette chose an intimate yet star-studded wedding ceremony held in Los Angeles. The ceremony was attended by Anastasia Karanikolaou, Fai Khadra, Alex Consani, Devon Lee Carlson, Sydney Lynn Carlson, Tyrell Hampton, Alex O’Connor, Quenlin Blackwell and more. Before finding love in Matty, Gabbriette was linked to Levi Dylan, grandson of Bob Dylan. According to reports, they were in a relationship for nearly three years, from 2020 to 2023.
