Gabbie Gonzalez Took Help From Father To Plot Murder Of Ex-BF, Jack Avery, Over Ugly Custody Battle

Gabbie Gonzalez is in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. She is under police custody with no bail. However, many reports claim that she tried to kill her ex-boyfriend, Jack Avery, who is also a singer. The news left the influencer and TikTok content creator's fans in shock, as the ex-couple shared a seven-year-old daughter together.

Gabbie Gonzalez took help from her father in plotting the murder of Jack Avery, who is also arrested with her 

As per a report by TMZ, Gabbie Gonzalez was charged in an alleged conspiracy to kill the father of her daughter, Jack Avery, who was her ex-boyfriend. The report also revealed that her father was also involved in the murder plot, due to which is in police custody. Her father, Francisco Gonazlez was arrested in Florida for the same crime.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department, Gabbie was in an ugly custody battle with Jack over their 7-year-old daughter, Lavender. In the issue, Gabbie's father also got involved, and a witness told the cops that her father had said it would be cheaper if Jack was dead. 

Jack revealed that FBI had informed him that someone was trying to kill him

Last year, Jack, in an interview, revealed that FBI agents showed up at his home and informed him that someone was trying to kill him. However, he had no idea that it was his ex-girlfriend, Gabbie, as he praised her in interviews of being a good mom to their daughter.

Gabbie Gonzalez started dating Jack Avery. Their mothers were best friends and that's how they were introduced to each other. Gabbie was 14 at that time as per Jack Avery's fandom page. They also claimed that Jack DMed her before they met in person. They met in person when she was sixteen in Los Angeles, and they started dating. The two announced their relationship in February 2018 and in April 2019, their daughter, Lavender May Avery was born. However, the two broke up within few months in 2019, and they continued to co-parent their daughter. 

Gabbie Gonzalez shared a long note in 2019 on Twitter. She stated that she was forced to keep her mouth shut for over a year. Later, in a 2021 live stream, she shared that she was forced to hide her pregnancy, and also talked about the difficult time she went with Jack Avery. Her alleged Twitter post can be read as:

"I have been forced to keep my mouth shut for over a year. I hardly ever defend myself; I keep quiet for everyone else's sake but mine. I am learning that no matter what, there will be people who are going to try and bring you down. And it's ok to stand up for yourself."

Gabbie Gonzalez is in police custody for a serious crime. As reported by TMZ, she was arrested on May 18, 2026, in Humboldt County, Northern California. Later, she was transferred to a jail in Los Angeles County. She was booked with a shocking charge for conspiracy to commit a crime. However, the details about the crime she has committed are not released by the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office, which is investigating the matter. 

The severity of the crime can be determined as she is in police custody without bail. As per reports, it means that the court considers her dangerous and a flight risk to the community, and it further proves that the allegations against her are extremely grave.
