In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Esha Deol engaged in a fun 'Unscramble' game session with the host. During the first segment, the actress was asked to make a word from the jumbled letters and the first word that she made was 'Pump'. Then the host asked Esha about her half-brother, Sunny Deol's iconic handpump scene from Gadar 2. Talking about the same, the gorgeousness mentioned that she was in love with the scene and it was the highlight of the film. In her words:
"That was the highlight. I loved it. They just had a shot of him looking at the hand pump, and people just got scared and ran."

Further, Esha called Sunny's handpump scene 'amazing' and stated that his close-up look had actually scared people. She also mentioned that the scene's effect on the audience spoke lengths about its beauty. Elaborating more about it, she said:
"It was amazing. Just the look and the close-up of that moment was enough for people to get scared. That was the beauty of that scene."
Deol family have always tried to keep their personal lives private. And this has often led to speculations about the problems brewing between Dharmendra's two families. However, Esha put an end to all the rumours when she hosted a special screening of her step-brother, Sunny Deol's film, Gadar 2 on August 12, 2023. In the pictures and videos going viral on the internet, Sunny could be seen posing happily with his brother, Bobby Deol and their step-sisters, Esha and Ahana. Undoubtedly, Esha's sweet gesture toward her step-brother melted our hearts.

Earlier, on July 27, 2023, Esha had taken to her Instagram stories and dropped a cheering post for her step-brother, Sunny Deol. She shared a glimpse of the trailer of his upcoming film, Gadar 2. Esha even tagged Sunny and showered him with all the love. Undoubtedly, Esha's IG story proved that she shares a great bond with her step-brothers and always supports them.
Earlier, in an interview with Zoom, Sunny had opened up about his equation with his half-sister, Esha. When asked about getting spotted with Esha and her sweet gesture of hosting a screening of his film, Gadar 2, Sunny stated that happiness has replaced all the pain and agony in his life. In his words:
"Obviously, I’ve gone through lots of pain and agony beforehand, I’ve gone through a lot of processes but as I always say happiness can come and you won't even know what pain and agony was. It just takes over you and you just forget all those things."
