Daughter of veteran actors, Dharmendra and Hema Malini, Esha Deol, followed in the footsteps of her parents and joined the film industry. She tied the knot with businessman, Bharat Takhtani, after a few years of courtship. Esha and Bharat had a low-key traditional wedding ceremony on June 29, 2012, at the ISKCON temple in Mumbai. The duo is blessed with two daughters, Radhya Takhtani and Miraya Takhtani.
For the unversed, Esha and Bharat are rumoured to have separated from one another and have stopped making public appearances together. Recently, we stumbled upon a Reddit post which talked about how Esha Deol's husband, Bharat Takhtani cheated on her. In the post, a netizen claimed that they saw Bharat with his alleged girlfriend at a paid party in Bangalore. While many details about Bharat's ladylove are not known, the netizen shared that she lives in Bangalore.

Esha Deol opted to celebrate her godbharai along with her hubby, Bharat Takhtani in a unique manner in 2017. The actress got re-married to her husband and renewed her wedding vows in a thoroughly traditional way at her baby shower. The festivities began with a real wedding, and respecting traditional rituals, the couple flagged off with a Tel Kumkum ceremony. In an interview with Pinkvilla, Esha Deol opened up on the same and mentioned:
“It was a wonderful ceremony with just Bharat's and my families in attendance. Everyone present performed the 'tel kumkum'. As part of the rituals, Bharat and I took three pheras around the fire. I joked with Bharat that he was stuck with me again."

On June 29, 2022, Esha Deol Takhtani dropped a picture with her husband, Bharat Takhtani, from their memory lane to wish him on their 10th wedding anniversary. In the picture, Esha and Bharat could be spotted twinning in white with each other. While the actress looked gorgeous in a one-shouldered top with ruffle-detailing on its neckline, her hubby opted for a white shirt beneath a blazer. Along with the picture, Esha penned:

Esha Deol hails from a film family, and Bharat Takhtani is from a conservative business family. In the Sindhi joint family of the Takhtanis, Esha was the first bahu in their seven cousins, just like her mother's character in Satte Pe Satta. But she had fit in the family so well that Bharat could not stop praising her. Back in 2013, in an interview with the Filmfare, Bharat had remarked:
"It seems impossible that someone from a film family and I who am from a conservative business family would ever come together. She's the first bahu in our joint family of seven cousins. She takes care of my mother, her moods, she's gelled so well. Actually, Esha's always been gharelu though she liked to believe she was the boy of the house. She's caring and responsible. She's aware of what keeps me happy. I'm a foodie, I live to eat. And she sees to it that my favourite dishes are prepared at home. In fact, for someone who didn't know how to make chai, just the other day, she cooked Khow Suey."
