When Rahul Vaidya had proposed his ladylove, Disha Parmar, on national television, their fans had rejoiced in happiness. It was during his stint in Bigg Boss 14, when on Disha's birthday, Rahul had decided to profess his feelings to her and had proposed to her for marriage. And on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, Disha had visited Rahul inside the BB house and had accepted his marriage proposal.
The adorable couple had tied the knot on July 16, 2021. For their dreamy wedding, Disha and Rahul had looked stunning as the beautiful bride had opted for a gorgeous red lehenga, which she had teamed up with a neckpiece, a maang teeka, a nath and matching earrings. The groom, on the other hand, had complemented his bride in a cream-coloured sherwani with a golden-coloured turban.
Post their wedding, Rahul and Disha have been treating their fans with glimpses from their married life. On July 27, 2021, Rahul Vaidya took to his IG handle for an impromptu LIVE session with his fans. He was accompanied by his wife, Disha as the two celebrated Rahul's 2M followers on Instagram.
During the LIVE session, a netizen asked Disha why she was not wearing sindoor, to which the stunning actress said while pointing towards Rahul, "Inhone lagaya hi nahi, time hi nahi hai inke paas." When Rahul said that he had asked her to put it in the morning while getting ready, Disha reminded him of his promise. She told him that he had promised her that he would apply the sindoor on her forehead every day when he was inside the Bigg Boss house.
In a post-wedding interview with The Times Of India, Rahul and Disha had shared their happiness. Calling herself lucky to be Rahul’s wife, Disha had said, “Rahul is looking very handsome as the dulha and I feel very lucky to be his wife. Every girl wishes to get married one day and I am happy that finally, the day has arrived for me.”
On July 20, 2021, the newlyweds, Rahul and Disha had performed a puja at their home and had looked stunning together. For the puja, Disha had looked gorgeous in a pink-coloured nauvari saree with an orange-coloured blouse. She had complemented her saree with a gold necklace, jhumkas, mangalsutra and the traditional motyanchi nath. On the other hand, Rahul had looked handsome in a cream-coloured kurta and yellow-coloured dhoti.
