Ex-couple, Abhishek Kumar and Isha Malviya’s stint in the popular reality show, Bigg Boss 17 grabbed a lot of limelight, due to their constant fights with one another. For the unversed, they had joined the show together, right after a bitter breakup, and fragments of their soured relationship continued even inside the show. They were seen staying at loggerheads continuously, so much so that they didn’t think twice before divulging ugly secrets of their relationship on national television. Fast forward to now, both Abhishek and Isha have moved on in their lives and have claimed to never cross each other’s path again.
Taking to his IG stories on February 15, 2024, Abhishek Kumar penned a cryptic post, where he talked about not being able to forget his lost love. Quite evidently, the message which hinted at his breakup with Isha Malviya, further expressed how he desires her even today, and claims that he never wished to lose her. Moreover, Abhishek asserted that although his lost love doesn’t want him in her life, he still feels the need to express his supressed voice. The note can be read as:
“Main tujhe utna hi chahta hoon abhi bhi. Tujhe khona nahi chahta tha kabhi bhi. Per ab jab main tujhe nahi chahiye, meri awaz reh rahi hai dabi si.”

Previously, in an interaction with ETimes TV, Abhishek Kumar opened up about his breakup with Isha Malviya. The actor revealed that he was over his breakup with the latter, and was ready to move onto the next chapter of his life. He further claimed that he didn’t want to speak about Isha any longer, and her exit from his life was much like a therapy itself. In his words:
“I was ready to close the chapter of Isha Malviya in my life. When Bigg Boss told Munawar and me to come out of the house by switching off the light, I decided that moment itself to leave everything there and forget Isha and the entire topic. I don’t want to get distracted now and want to move ahead in life and career. I don’t want to talk about anything related to her and just want to focus on good things. I don’t plan to take any therapy. Initially, I felt I needed to take therapy to get better but later on I realised that Isha's exit from my life was a therapy for me.”
In an earlier interview with The Indian Express, Isha Malviya opened up about her journey and stint in the popular reality show, Bigg Boss 17, and especially the kind of equation she would, from now on, share with her ex-beau, Abhishek Kumar. Remarking how she wouldn’t want any guy like him in his life, Isha said:
“I have moved on from Abhishek. There is no room left for anything. But yes, I do have a nature to let go of things and in that house, there is no escape. So you cannot avoid a person consciously. Even if I fought with Abhishek, the very next moment we were put together in a task. But if that came across as I have not moved on at all, that is not true. I don’t want a guy like Abhishek in my life ever.”

For the unversed, after giving a fantastic performance in the reality show, Bigg Boss 17, Abhishek Kumar secured the position of first runner-up, while it was Munawar Faruqui, who emerged victorious as the winner. In an interview with Bollywood Bubble, Abhishek expressed his feeling of losing out the coveted title at the last minute and revealed that he surely felt bad at one point, he was happy to let it go to someone as deserving as Munawar Faruqui.
