Yes, 2019 will also witness two Bollywood celebrities enter the bond of holy matrimony. Soon-to-release film, Manikarna starrer Nihaar Pandya, who also happened to be superstar Deepika Padukone’s ex-flame will tie the nuptial bond with famous singer, Neeti Mohan. Yes, you read that absolutely right!
A source close to the couple confirmed with Pinkvilla, "Neeti and Nihaar have been dating each other for the past four years now. They recently decided to take their relationship one step ahead. They would be tying the knot in February 2019 in Mumbai. Their family and friends from the industry will be a part of the celebration. While the sangeet, mehndi and the wedding is a close-knit affair, the reception invites will go to their friends from the industry." While another source added, "Nihaar is currently busy with the prep for the wedding and is also gearing up for the release of his debut film Manikarnika. The movie hits the screens on January 25, 2019. Post that, he will dive deep into the last minute wedding prep."
Do you know what’s the best part in all these? Nihaar gels superbly well with Neeti’s family and his Instagram images are a proof. On Neeti’s star-sister Mukti Mohan’s birthday on June 21, 2018, Nihaar took to social media to post a lovely message for his alleged saali. On May 2018, Nihaar posted a complete ‘famjam’ picture with all the Mohan sisters in one frame. This is what he captioned the picture as, “The best things in Life are 'Furry'. Speaking about ex-flames Deepika and Nihaar, reportedly Nihaar was the Padmaavat star’s first boyfriend in Mumbai. The duo had met in an acting school and rumours have it that Nihaar had supported Deepika widely during her struggling days. Speaking about being labelled as Deepika’s ex (now that she is a superstar), the Marigold star stated, “I don’t get worked up over it. Yes, even the press note about my acting debut that was sent out referred to me as ‘ex-boyfriend’ but there is not much I can do about it right now. Deepika and I are cordial with each other and I hope people’s perception changes once they see my work in the film.”
In an throwback 2016 interview with The Indian Express, Nihaar was asked if he was still in touch with Deepika, to which he had replied, ''Yes, we are very much in touch. In 2016, Nihaar praised Deepika for all the work that she was doing and stated, ''She got a chance and she is doing phenomenally well and improving with every film that she is doing which is great. On my front, it has taken long, rather long. But I have been told that a hopeless optimist is the right way to be.'' He had further added, ''It's all very much on a friendly note. But these days when you say friends people feel there is something more to it and we should check with the other person as well. Unfortunately with these relationships that I have been tagged, there is a wrong notion among people that I am wanting to be with an actress. That is not how we had planned it. And I would like to undo that, this year. I would now like my actions to speak louder than words.''
