Television actress, Charu Asopa has been going through a tough phase in her life. Moreover, the actress is regularly making it to the headlines owing to her troubled marriage with actor, Rajeev Sen. For the unversed, Charu Asopa and Rajeev had tied the nuptial knot in June 2019. The couple is blessed with a beautiful baby girl, Zianna Sen in November 2021. However, their marriage hit rock bottom, and in June 2022, Charu had decided to part ways with Rajeev.
Charu and Rajeev's marital issues have been in the news for quite some time now. Every now and then, the estranged couple has been heard making allegations against each other. And now, a new war of words has begun between Charu and Rajeev as the former accused her husband of infidelity.

In an interview with the Pinkvilla, Charu Asopa opened up about her troubled marriage. Taking about the same, the Mere Angne Mein actress revealed that her husband, Rajeev Sen cheated on her while she was pregnant with their daughter, Zianna. Accusing her husband of infidelity, Charu mentioned that Rajeev would stay out of home for hours. She even said that he would make excuses for staying away from home, and she used to believe everything that Rajeev told her. Charu revealed that once, she found something in his bag through which she got to know about his cheating. In her words:
"He would leave early morning at 11 am for his gym in Bandra from Goregoan east and would return home at night around 11 PM, sometimes 7, 8, or 9 PM. When I questioned him why he takes so many hours, he often said- 'When I see traffic on the map, I sip coffee in Bandra cafes and wait for the traffic to slow down, and then I leave for home.' I trusted this as well. Once he just went to Delhi without saying and I was moving things here and there, and that's when I found something in his bag, through which I found out that he is cheating on me."
Earlier, in an interview with the ETimes, Charu Asopa had opened up about her failed marriage with her husband, Rajeev Sen and shared that she tried everything to save it. Mentioning that it was her second marriage, Charu added that she feels that she and Rajeev are not meant for each other. The actress even revealed that Rajeev had even raised his hand on her. Elaborating on the same, Charu had said:
"No one gets married with an intention to end it. I didn't want to regret my decision to call it off. So, I tried everything I could to save it, also because this was my second marriage. Iss sab mein mazaak toh mera hi bann raha tha, but I thought ki kya pata shaadi chal jaaye. Yeh karte karte ab ye ek tamaasha bann chuka hai. I think we aren't made for each other... yeh shaadi kabhi work karegi nahi. Rajeev is temperamental, has abused and even raised his hand on me once or twice."

Earlier, in an exclusive conversation with BollywoodShaadis, Rajeev Sen had reacted to the allegations which were made by her estranged wife, Charu. For the unversed, Charu claimed that Rajeev is temperamental and had hit her twice. Reacting to the same, Rajeev had mentioned:
"Rather than getting a divorce and moving on with her life. My not-so-genuine wife lies about me being abusive and physical with her. Just like she never told me about her first failed marriage. May God have mercy on her and the entire Asopa family."
