Looks like 2019 is going to end on a super-special note for the Khan-Sharma families with the arrival of a little bundle of joy in their lives. The celebratory mood begins for the families from November and continues till December, and now it’s likely that there might be double celebrations for the Khan-Sharma clans. As you might be aware that Salman Khan’s sister, Arpita Khan Sharma is expecting her second child with star hubby, Aayush Sharma. It was on November 18, 2014, when Arpita Khan had added the surname ‘Sharma’ to her name with her marriage to a Himachal boy, Aayush Sharma, who is the son of politician, Anil Sharma. In less than two years later, on March 30, 2016, Arpita and Aayush were blessed with a baby boy, whom they named Ahil Sharma. In September 2019, Aayush had confirmed his wife, Arpita’s pregnancy at the red carpet of IIFA. Since then, not only the Khan-Sharma families but their fans are also excited for the junior one to arrive!
In the latest update by Mumbai Mirror about Arpita Khan Sharma’s pregnancy, it stated that the soon-to-be second-time parents are planning to welcome their baby via caesarean section. Reportedly, they want the little one to arrive on Salman Khan’s birthday i.e., December 27, 2019, and have scheduled the delivery at a city hospital. With double celebrations in November (Arpita-Aayush and Salim Khan-Salma Khan’s anniversaries), seems like December too will mark a special month for the families.
On November 18, 2019, Arpita Khan Sharma and Aayush Sharma had celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary. It was double celebrations for the families as Salim Khan and Salma Khan had completed 55 years of marital bliss. Sharing a family picture with her parents in the frame, Arpita had written, “It was all about love last night, we spent a blessed evening with our family & friends. Arpita Khan Sharma had penned down an anniversary wish for her hubby, Aayush Sharma and with an array of pictures from their holidays and functions, she had written, ““We may not have it all together but, together we have it all.” Happy 5th Anniversary my Love. I can’t thank you enough for being the perfect balance in our relationship. I love you very very much. From being friends,to being a boyfriend, to becoming a husband & then a father,every journey has been amazing. It doesn’t feel like its been 5 years. Thank you for always grounding me, being my reality mirror & having my back. @aaysharma my forever.” Aayush too, had posted a family picture from their anniversary celebrations and had written, “It’s love that binds us .. 5 years have passed with a lot of love, laughter, travel, care and our share of ups and downs. But the best part is always having you by my side @arpitakhansharma... Happy Anniversary Baby.”
In an interview with SpotboyE, Arpita Khan Sharma had revealed if their second baby was a planned one, “We had decided that we'll have a second child at some point. But no, this wasn't planned. However, when we realised that I was carrying, we were just elated.” “When are you due?” To this, Arpita had replied, “January.” Sharing if they have thought of any names for the soon-to-arrive baby, Arpita had said, “Nahin, abhi tak nahin. Let's first see if it's a daughter or a son.” If she wants a daughter now or a son again, Arpita had retorted, “Nothing like that. I just want a healthy baby.” She had also revealed that her husband, Aayush Sharma too, has no preference for a son or daughter and either would be equally welcomed in the family.
When asked, “Has your shopping begun- toys and clothes?” Arpita Khan Sharma had retorted, “Not yet.” Arpita had ended on the note, “The entire Khan-daan is overjoyed.” Aayush Sharma had walked the red carpet of the IIFA Awards 2019, hand-in-hand with an all-blushy preggy Arpita by his side. Confirming the pregnancy, Aayush had excitedly said, “The new arrival is very exciting. Yes, Arpita and I are expecting a second baby. It’s been such an amazing journey.
