Television couple Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij are made for each other and have never shied away from expressing their love for one another. Jay and Mahhi had welcomed their little bundle of joy, Tara Jay Bhanushali on August 21, 2019, and had been riding high on parenthood since then. Parenthood is not new to Jay and Mahhi, the couple has adopted their caretaker’s kids, Khushi and Rajveer and with the arrival of Tara, they are proud parents to three beautiful kids.
On November 21, 2019, Mahhi and Jay are travelling to Delhi for a shoot and it was Mahhi who took to her Instagram stories and posted a picture of herself with husband, Jay with a caption atop the picture which could be read as “First Work Trip Without My Tara”. Take a look at the picture:
Fathers are daughter’s biggest heroes. No matter how old a girl gets, for her father she always remains his little princess for whom he can fight with the entire world. Jay Bhanushali is one such proud papa who always wanted a baby girl and his prayers got answered with the arrival of his little angel, Tara. Sometime back, Jay had posted an adorable picture with a partial glimpse of his daughter, Tara where the elated daddy could be seen kissing his daughter. Jay and Mahhi are doting parents and had shared a regret of not planning their baby earlier. In a chat for Love Talkies, Jay and Mahhi had opened about their love, marriage and parenthood. When asked what is that one change they want to bring in their marriage, Jay said, "After the baby came in our life, we just feel our journey has just begun. One decision if I would ever want to change, I would have changed this. I should have planned baby much earlier." Mahhi agreed with her husband Jay and believed that they should have planned their baby much earlier. She had also revealed, "Now that Tara has come in our life, our life only revolves around her. I don't get time for anything else. Even if I am out, I feel something missing, I want to rush back to her."
In an earlier interview with the IANS, Jay had talked about his wish of having a baby girl. He had shared, "No relationship in the world can match the sanity of a father-daughter relationship and I wish that when my wife gives birth to a baby, she is a baby girl." He had further stated, "I have no preference as such and it is not that I won't like if a baby boy is born but I admire this bond and since I have had a father-son connect with my father, now when I have a child, I want a daughter so that I can experience this too."
