Cricket legend, Sachin Tendulkar's son, Arjun Tendulkar, got married to his long-time love, Saaniya Chandhok, at a luxurious hotel in Mumbai on March 5, 2026. Their dreamy wedding ceremony was meticulously planned by Vismay Chokshi, the founder and director of Eternity by Trinity, and Gehna Alimchandani, the CEO of Eternity by Trinity. The wedding planners of Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok's wedding revealed that they wanted personalised Punjabi and Marathi touches and that privacy was to be of prime importance.
Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok's wedding planners had to start all the work 5 months before the wedding date. The wedding planners, in an interview with Mid-Day, revealed that Arjun and Saaniya were not focused on how grand their wedding was to be or on the media attention. They wanted all the celebrations to be warm and totally true in style. The wedding planners revealed that Arjun and Saaniya had spoken about wanting something elegant, rooted in tradition, and comfortable for their families and guests. The wedding planners further mentioned that the overarching wedding theme was to be a fusion of cultural roots with refined elegance. Arjun and Saaniya wanted to honour their respective Maharashtrian and Punjabi cultures by incorporating traditional elements in one function each.

The wedding planners revealed that for the Mehendi, they had sourced special items that the bride and her family loved. Items such as aam papad and mukhwas were added to the gifting experience for guests. And for the wedding, the Maharashtrian Pangat (traditional feast) was extremely important to the groom’s side. Giving details related to the mehendi function of Arjun and Saaniya, the wedding planners said:
"The Mehendi was imagined as a vibrant Punjabi carnival-style bazaar with colour, movement, and interactive experiences. The wedding ceremony followed a very different language, subtle grandeur, soft florals, a 270-degree mandap, and a serene atmosphere that highlighted the sanctity of the rituals rather than the decor itself. A multi-hall, high-volume seated dining experience was executed traditionally."

Arjun Tendulkar and Saaniya Chandhok's wedding planners said that from the first day, the couple wanted their wedding to have cultural authenticity, with grandeur kept subtle. They wanted the celebration to be meaningful and not flashy. The couple did not want unnecessary functions or anything over-the-top. The wedding planners revealed that the Tendulkar family was deeply involved in the wedding preparations and said:
"The mood board evolved from that mindset. The family was deeply involved at every stage. From approving concepts and colour palettes to discussing rituals, food, and guest flow, they were part of all key decisions. The brief was very thoughtfully defined: a Punjabi Mehendi that celebrates the bride’s roots, and a Maharashtrian wedding that honours the groom’s heritage."

The wedding planners revealed that, with a high-profile guest list, security and privacy were naturally major focuses. Each vendor was bound by NDAs, and a personalised QR code entry system was introduced to manage guest access smoothly. Seating arrangements for 1200 guests were done while balancing security and hospitality.
