Sachin Tendulkar's son, Arjun Tendulkar, got married to his long-time love, Saaniya Chandhok, on March 5, 2026, in Mumbai. The wedding ceremony had taken place at a high-end luxurious venue amid tight security in Mumbai and was a complete blend of elegance and also grandeur. At one end, Arjun and Saaniya have been hogging the limelight because of their wedding attire. On the other hand, netizens have loved what Arjun's mom and Saaniya's mother-in-law, Anjali Tendulkar, wore at her son's wedding. It is interesting to note that both Anjali and Sara were twinning in pink; the only difference was in the colour tone.

It is interesting to note that both the mother and the daughter had donned pink-hued sarees for Arjun's wedding to Saaniya. Speaking of what Anjali wore to her son Arjun's wedding, she kept her look very classy. Anjali was seen wearing a pink designer saree, which she paired with diamond and emerald jewellery. Anjali Tendulkar's look at her son Arjun's wedding was a complete reflection of Indian wedding fashion. She had blended the rich pink colour with a lot of traditional elan. Anjali had set the bar high for wedding fashion, opting for a colour palette that was contemporary chic and equally balanced.

Sara's saree had the perfect detailed embroidery and also golden threadwork. She completed her look with a statement maang tikka, heavy earrings and also a necklace. Her hair was styled in perfect, classy, soft curls. The mom and daughter looked perfect, but it was Anjali's rani pink-hued handloom saree that stole the limelight. The golden border on the saree was laced with antique work, and heavy embroidery was done. Anjali and Sara's wedding attire for Arjun's marriage bash stood in stark contrast to what the couple had selected for their wedding.

For the unversed, Arjun and Saaniya earlier had their pre-wedding functions in Jamnagar, where Radhika Merchant and Anant Ambani had got married. A pre-wedding puja at Jamnagar was organised by Mukesh and Nita Ambani, and they were one of the first guests to have arrived at the wedding of Arjun and Saaniya.

Nita Ambani has known Arjun Tendulkar since his childhood, as he had studied in her school. The Tendulkar's and Ambanis share a warm bond with one another. At the wedding of Arjun and Saaniya, Amitabh, Jaya, Abhishek Bachchan along with his wife, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen. Cricket legends such as MS Dhoni, along with his wife, Sakshi Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, along with his wife, Hazel Keech, Zaheer Khan, with his wife, Sagarika Ghatge and Harbhajan Singh, with his wife, Geeta Basra, were seen.
