Sometime back, a report had stated about how Anushka Sharma is juggling work commitments and personal life to stay by her husband, Virat Kohli’s side for the ongoing ICC World Cup 2019, “Anushka will have to juggle her work commitments and personal life during her trip to London and Brussels. She has two brand shoots that will take up 6-7 days as it requires her to shoot for ads as well as extensive print campaigns. Post this, she will be spending some time with Virat. BCCI has mandated that wives of cricketers only spend 15 days with their partners during the World Cup and Anushka and Virat will be following the guidelines that have been set. Anushka has thus planned her trip and brand shoots accordingly so that she can time her to stay with Virat too." A few days back, when Anushka Sharma had gone for a shoot in Brussels, she had posted a picture grinning from ear to ear while travelling in a train and exploring the city. She had captioned it, “Happy girls are the prettiest - Audrey Hepburn.” Reacting to the picture and her smile, hubby Virat Kohli had commented to the post, “You are the prettiest all the time my love.”
At the completion on the one year of their marital bliss on December 11, 2018, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma had taken to Instagram and posted some beautiful pictures and videos from their wedding. Sharing their wedding video, Virat had captioned it as, “Can't believe it's been a year already because it feels like it happened just yesterday. Time has truly flown by. Happy anniversary to my best friend and my soulmate. Mine forever @anushkasharma”, and Anushka had written, “It's heaven, when you don't sense time passing by ... Anushka Sharma was the Vogue cover girl for March 2019 and in the same, she had revealed the extent they had gone to keep their wedding a secret, which included keeping fake names for the preparations. Revealing the details, Anushka had stated, “We even used fake names while talking to the caterer; I think Virat’s was Rahul.” She had continued, “We wanted to have a home-style wedding. There were only 42 people there, with all our friends and family present. I wanted it to be about Virat and me marrying each other, and not this big celebrity wedding. The energy at our wedding was blessed.”
In an interview sometime back, Virat Kohli had mentioned how he and Anushka Sharma believe in ‘nothing really matters, just little things’. He had stated, "Me & my wife like to do normal things, we just like going around for walks. Last night we were at the marine parade, full moon, we were just enjoying that sitting on a bench just talking. It’s actually the most simplest things that give us a lot of joy."
