After the grand wedding, Anurag and Nandini had left for their honeymoon in Thailand. On February 19, 2020, when they came back, Anurag had given a unique surprise to his wife, Nandini. After dating for four years, Anurag had proposed Nandini for marriage in February 2016. In an interview with The Times of India, Anurag had talked about gus compatibility. He had shared, "While I'm a quiet person, Nandini is a vivacious one. We are completely opposite personalities and maybe that is attracted me to her." He had further revealed that they lived in the same area and often crossed each other's paths. One fine day, he gathered the courage to ask her if she would accompany him to Siddhivinayak temple and that's how their love story has begun.
