For the unversed, Satish left for his heavenly abode on March 9, 2023, and it left a void in our hearts. Apart from his family, his friend, Anupam Kher was deeply affected by his death. And even after 4 months of his tragic loss, Anupam has not been able to come to terms with it. And now, the actor dropped a video and shared how much he misses Satish Kaushik everyday.
On July 29, 2023, Anupam Kher took to his Instagram handle and dropped a throwback video of his dear friend, Satish Kaushik. The old video featured a glimpse of an award show, where the late actor, Satish could be seen presenting an award to Anupam. In the glimpses, we can see both the actors hugging each other on the stage and their bond looked adorable. Sharing the video, Anupam penned a note in Hindi and talked about how sometimes, even good memories can be hurtful. In his words:
"Yaad karne par beeta hua sukh bhi dukh deta hai!! Kambakht yaadein! Mai Satish ko bahut bahut miss karta hu."

April 13, 2023, marked the birth anniversary of late actor, Satish Kaushik. And to make the day memorable, his dear friend, Anupam Kher hosted a grand party. The actor even dropped a video from the ceremony and it simply melted our hearts. In the video, many of the talented singers of the music industry could be seen giving tribute to Satish Kaushik. Moreover, all of his friends were present at the party and they shared some lesser-known anecdotes on Satish Kaushik's life. Anupam was even left teary-eyed talking about Satish and that left everyone sobbing.
Earlier, in an interview with ANI, Anupam Kher had opened up about his late friend, Satish Kaushik's birthday and revealed why he celebrated it in the most grand way. Talking about the same, the actor revealed that Satish had come in his dreams and asked him if he was not doing anything for his birthday. Mentioning how he wanted to fulfil his late friend's wish, Anupam had said:
"4-5 days ago, Satish came in my dreams and he said 'Yaar tu mere liye kuch nahi kar raha hai kya (are you not doing anythig for my birthday)?', so then I decided to celebrate Satish's life today."

Ever since Satish Kaushik left for his heavenly abode leaving his wife, Shashi and their daughter, Vanshika behind, Anupam has been standing strong with them like a pillar of strength. Every now and then, the actor can be spotted with the Kaushik family at lunch or shopping. For instance, on May 30, 2023, Anupam had shared a priceless picture of Satish Kaushik’s wife, Shashi Kaushik and their daughter, Vanshika, as the trio headed out to spend some quality time with one another. Along with it, Anupam penned a heartfelt note where he called Shashi and Vanshika as his friends turned family.
