Angad Bedi is proving his acting mettle in one after the other hit films in Bollywood. After working on his career-changing films, including Pink and Inside Edge, he was last seen in the project, Lust Stories 2. Now, he is gearing up for his upcoming project, Ghoomer. Amidst all the promotions, he revealed his bond with his kids and mentioned his little ones call him by his name. For the unversed, Angad is married to Bollywood actress, Neha Dhupia. They embraced parenthood for the first time after the birth of their baby girl, Mehr Dhupia Bedi on November 18, 2018. Then, their family got completed after the arrival of their baby boy, Guriq Singh Dhupia Bedi on October 3, 2021.
In an interview with ETimes, Angad Bedi talked about his bond with his children, Mehr and Guriq. However, the doting daddy also shared his kids call him by his name. Revealing the reasons behind them, Angad mentioned that he feels only a little older than his kids, by heart. Thus, he shares a beautiful friendship with his little ones. In Angad's words:
"As a father, I am a friend to my kids. I am on a first name basis with them. They call me Angad only. I feel ki mere do chote dost hain. I feel I am just a little older than them because I feel I am mentally of their age only. We bond a lot. I think I'll act in many departments because I feel Neha is understanding of that and she's very accepting of all my flaws. I hope that I can be a better husband. But I'm definitely a very good father."

In another interview with ETimes, a while back, Angad was asked about his role in the film, Lust Stories 2. While explaining the same, he also discussed the importance of sex education in children. Angad also shared whether he and Neha will be open to discussing things with their kids when the time is right. He had mentioned:
"Yes, it is very important and I feel hum logon ke time pe toh nahi hota tha but it is finding momentum now. It is being discussed in schools. It's our responsibility as parents also to guide our children at the correct age. Whatever we came to know at the age of 18 and 20, kids now come to know at the age of 12 and 13. Times have changed and so has the understanding capacity of the kids. I just feel that it's all for the better. It is always good to have better clarity on things. It's better for them to be safe and understanding than to be sorry and not understand the situation."

Neha and Angad are avid social media users and often share glimpses of their cute little family. For instance, on October 24, 2022, the duo took to their respective Instagram handles and shared cutesy glimpses from their Diwali celebrations in a collaborative post. In the pictures, we could see Neha, Angad and their two little munchkins, Mehr and Guriq enjoying the best moments of their life altogether. Neha donned a purple-coloured saree, while Angad looked handsome in a printed-kurta set. However, it was their kids who took away all the limelight. While their baby girl looked adorable in a sky-blue coloured lehenga set which featured golden butti-work, their son, Guriq looked stunning in a pink kurta paired with a pyjama.
