However, as soon as the video was released, netizens started to criticise the actress for the same. Taking to the discussion forum, Reddit, a clip of the video was shared and people pointed out at Alia’s unusually weird expressions. Netizens emphasised how Alia has a strange movement on her lips, whenever she communicates. While someone mentioned that it might be a facial defect, another user suggested that Alia might have gone under the knife and has opted for fillers and botox on her lip area.

A month back, Alia Bhatt was spotted during an interview session with Hollywood stars, Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, for their upcoming film, Heart Of Stone. However, a segment of the interview was specifically trimmed and uploaded on Reddit, where netizens reacted to Alia Bhatt’s unprofessional body postures during the interview. She could be seen making unusual facial expressions and looking disinterested in the interview, while her other co-stars shared their views on the film. Netizens left no stone unturned in criticising her for the same.
On April 14, 2023, Alia Bhatt and her husband, Ranbir Kapoor was spotted heading out of their under-construction home in Mumbai. The duo sat in the car, and were approached for pictures by a swarm of onlooking shutterbugs. While they did not step down from the car, Ranbir did not skip out on pulling down the car window and interacting with them. However, when the paps asked them to pose, Alia quickly placed a peck of love on Ranbir’s cheek and was left blushing.

Unfortunately, this cutesy gesture of Alia was not liked by a section of netizens, who started trolling her for the same. Many felt that this reaction of Alia was totally cringe and was uncalled for. While someone commented that Alia seemed to be overacting in her gestures of love, others called it an awkward moment.
