Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding ceremony has been giving us major goals. From the who's who of Tinseltown to renowned business personalities like Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates and many more, marked their presence. For the unversed, Anant and Radhika will get married in July 2024, and before that the couple is celebrating their union with the world in three-day pre-wedding ceremonies in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
For those who don't know, around 1,000 guests have been invited to the starry celebrations. The first day of the pre-wedding festivities had Rihanna's jaw-dropping performance and an especial drone show. We stumbled upon glimpses of the Drone show. We loved how Anant and his sweetheart, Radhika's vision of taking care of animals was showed through the drones. It also welcomed the guests to Jamnagar, which is closest to the Ambani's hearts.

On February 28, 2024, as the Ambani family hosted Anna Seva to seek blessings from the people, Radhika and Anant also participated in it and served food. Radhika Merchant's family, including her parents, Viren Merchant and Shaila V Merchant, also participated in the Anna Seva. For the unversed, the Ambani family is known for hosting Anna Seva ahead of their children's grand wedding. They followed the same ritual for their daughter, Isha Ambani's wedding in 2018 and then for their son, Akash Ambani's wedding in 2019.
For Lagan Lakhvanu, bride-to-be, Radhika picked a pastel blue-toned lehenga from Anamika Khanna. Her outfit featured a beautiful floral pink choli, which was teamed with a pastel blue-toned lehenga with a matching dupatta, which was pinned over her shoulder in a saree style. Radhika accessorised her look with a three-layered neckpiece, matching earrings, a maang teeka, and a diamond bracelet.
Radhika kept her makeup minimal for the afternoon function. Highlighted makeup with soft pink cheeks, glossy lips, perfectly lined eyes and a red bindi completed her look. Wavy centre-parted hair added the needed glam to her look.
For those who don't know, Lagan Lakhvanu is the first Gujarati wedding ceremony. The ceremony marks the writing of the first wedding invite, which is called Kankotri. It is then presented to God as a token of invitation and the family seeks blessings for the soon-to-be married couple and their families. Radhika and Anant are rooted in their religion, which is one reason why we will see them following a lot of traditions.
