Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani turned Jamnagar into a celebrity town with the who's who of Bollywood, Hollywood and the business world, marking their presence for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding festivities. For the unversed, Radhika Merchant is the daughter of Virent Merchant, who is the CEO of Encore Healthcare. On the other hand, her mother, Shaila Merchant, is the director of the same firm.
Nita Ambani knows how to style a lehenga and saree with an ace. Not only this, but she also loves donning gowns and putting her best fashion foot forward. For her son, Anant's cocktail night, Nita Ambani picked a purple-hued gown with an attached stole, and it made her look nothing less than a queen. Standing beside her husband, Mukesh Ambani, Nita looked stunning with her hair tied at the back in a French bun.
We also stumbled upon a candid picture of Nita Ambani and Mukesh Ambani consoling their bahu-to-be, Radhika Merchant's parents, Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant, who looked emotional at the thought of their youngest daughter's vidaai.

Nita Ambani picked a lehenga from Anamika Khanna's collection for Anant Ambani's Lagan Lakhvanu. She wore a satranga lehenga with aari, zardosi and threadwork detailing. However, it was her Gharchola odhni that added the Gujarati touch to her look. Nita further styled her look with a heavy neckpiece, matching earrings and maang teeka. Subtle makeup with glossy lips, a pink bindi and her hair tied in a low bun completed her look for the function.
In an interview with India Today, Anant Ambani heaped praises on his lady love, Radhika Merchant. The animal lover, who is devoted towards making the world a better place for four-legged beings, shared that he never wanted to get married as he wanted to devote his life to taking care of animals. However, he then met Radhika, who had a similar dream to his. Talking about the same, Anant stated:
"I am lucky (to have her) for sure. She is the person of my dreams. Since childhood, I had thought that I would never get married because I was always devoted to taking care of animals. But when I met Radhika, I saw her sharing the same values as me. She has this sense of giving and nurturing towards animals."
On February 28, 2024, as the Ambani family hosted Anna Seva to seek blessings from the people, Radhika and Anant also participated in it and served food. Radhika Merchant's family, including her parents, Viren Merchant and Shaila V Merchant, also participated in the Anna Seva. For the unversed, the Ambani family is known for hosting Anna Seva ahead of their children's grand wedding. They followed the same ritual for their daughter, Isha Ambani's wedding in 2018 and then for their son, Akash Ambani's wedding in 2019.
