And now, amid all the tension in the Bachchan clan, Abhishek Bachchan was recently spotted beaming with happiness as he spent some quality time with his dad, Amitabh Bachchan. The father-son duo was spotted attending a cricket match and cheering for their favourite team, Majhi Mumbai. Clapping and cheering for the team, Abhishek and Amitabh radiated joy, and it was indeed a spectacular sight.

For the past few months, there have been rumours about Aishwarya and Abhishek’s separation. Various instances have added fuel to the fire, and the tension in the Bachchan clan was quite prevalent. The speculations ignited when Abhishek Bachchan posted a dry birthday wish for his wife. Post that, the much-in-love couple was spotted together on several occasions, but netizens claimed there had been something 'off' between the duo, thereby further igniting the gossip about the fiasco in the Bachchan clan.
Recently, a Reddit user shared an unseen video of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan from a recent Kabaddi match. The video showed Aishwarya and Aaradhya cheering for the team with full enthusiasm while Abhishek looked slightly low. Moreover, Amitabh Bachchan seriously watched the match and was seen asking Abhishek to be a bit cheerful.

As soon as the video was shared online, netizens were quick to point out that Aishwarya and Abhishek lacked chemistry. Some users also claimed that Amitabh's behaviour towards his bahu, Aishwarya has changed, and he looked passively aggressive with her. One user commented, "Looks like Ab Sr. was telling Jr to be cheerful and he passive aggressively cheered the team..." Another wrote, "difference between an introvert and extrovert perfectly explained."

On October 11, 2023, Amitabh Bachchan turned 81, and his bahu, Aishwarya Rai, shared a birthday post for him. In the picture, Big B was seen posing with his granddaughter, Aaradhya, and the duo looked adorable together. Sharing the picture, Aish penned, "Always God Blesssss." However, eagle-eyed fans quickly noticed that Aishwarya had shared a cropped version of the original family picture of the Bachchan clan. Resharing the picture on Reddit, a user penned:
"Ash using uno reverse card to Paris fiasco by cropping Jaya and Swetadi’s kids."
