The entire nation is waiting with bated breath to witness Ram Mandir's pran pratishtha ceremony, which is going to be held on January 22, 2024. Ahead of the grand event, Lord Ram's birthplace, Ayodhya is all decked up to worship the Ram Lalla's idol that will be installed inside Ram Mandir after a fight and wait of almost 500 years. To mark Lord Ram's homecoming to his home in Ayodhya, the entire India will celebrate the festival of lights, Diwali, today.
On the auspicious occasion, some states have declared a public holiday on January 22, 2024, and many government institutions are closed. Meanwhile, many celebrities have received the formal invitation to grace the event and be a part of the festivities at Ayodhya. The paps spotted many A-listers of Bollywood decked up in their ethnic best and jetting off to Ayodhya for the ceremony.

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are all set to participate in the Ram Mandir inauguration ceremony. They were spotted at the Kalina airport, wearing traditional outfits and winning our hearts with their simplicity. In the glimpses that surfaced on social media, Ranbir was seen dressed in a cream-hued dhoti-kurta, which he styled with a shawl to amp up his look. On the other hand, Alia opted for a sea-green-hued saree with a shawl tucked on her shoulder. They were accompanied by filmmaker, Rohit Shetty, who also donned ethnic attire.
Amitabh Bachchan, who was among the invitees, was also spotted arriving at the private airport in the early hours of today. The legendary actor was joined by his son, Abhishek Bachchan, who also arrived in the same car. While Big B opted for a white kurta-pyjama paired with a shawl, Abhishek sported a casual tracksuit. However, the father-son duo didn't pose for the paps stationed there.

Meanwhile, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, too, were spotted at the private airport and stole our hearts away with their stunning looks. The Merry Christmas actress looked pretty in a golden saree paired with a matching blouse. She accentuated her look with golden jhumkas and left her hair open. Vicky, on the other hand, got decked up in an ivory-white kurta pyjama with a stole around his neck. Katrina and Vicky happily posed for the shutterbugs as they left for Ayodhya.
Madhuri Dixit and her husband, Dr Shriram Nene, were also spotted by the paps as they headed to Ayodhya. Madhuri looked elegant in a mustard yellow-hued embellished saree teamed with a golden blouse. Meanwhile, Shriram opted for a maroon-hued kurta styled with a maroon and golden jacket and a white pyjama. The duo shelled out major goals as they posed for the paps and flaunted their brightest smiles.
