Bollywood actress, Alia Bhatt is currently basking in the glory of motherhood as she welcomed a daughter into her life on November 6, 2022. For the unversed, Alia and her husband, Ranbir Kapoor entered the parenthood league for the first time, and they're super happy about it. Much to her fans' delight, the new mommy treated them with the first-ever picture of herself after becoming a proud mama.
On November 10, 2022, Alia Bhatt and her newborn daughter got discharged from the hospital, and they were spotted leaving the hospital with their family members. In the pictures, we could see how Ranbir had cuddled up his princess on his lap, while she was wrapped in a pink-hued swaddle. The doting parents had brought their baby girl home with the utmost safety and privacy, keeping her away from all evil eyes.

A few moments back, Alia Bhatt took to her IG handle and shared the first-ever picture after giving birth to her baby girl. In the priceless picture, the new mommy can be seen flaunting an orange-hued cup with 'Mama' written on it. However, we could only see a glimpse of Alia, sitting on a chair in the backdrop. Sharing the picture, the actress penned:
"It me."
According to a report in Bollywood Hungama, it was stated that the entire Kapoor-Bhatt clan doesn't want the pictures of Alia and Ranbir's newborn baby to be out in public. Moreover, the couple has a 'No picture policy' for their baby girl, and they don't want her to get clicked in public by shutterbugs. Alia and Ranbir haven't even allowed their close friends to click a picture of the baby, fearing that it might get leaked. Meanwhile, the couple is expecting their fans to respect their decision.

On November 9, 2022, Alia Bhatt’s mother, Soni Razdan had attended the special screening of the upcoming film, Uunchai in Mumbai, and opened up about her granddaughter for the first time. During the event, while interacting with the paps, the new grandmother shared that Alia's baby is a blessing from nature. Mentioning that both the baby and the mother were safe and sound, Soni added that they were only worried about Alia and her baby's well-being. Revealing that they are very very happy, the newbie nani said:
“Aap keh sakte hain yeh ek daan hai, blessing hain, kudrat ka daan hai. We’re just very, very happy, thankful and grateful that everything has gone off well. Baby is good, mother is good. Everybody is safe. Yeh sab darr hota hai jab kisi ka bachcha paida hone wala hai. This is what we pray for that everything should be okay, sab sahi salamat ho jaye. And of course, we are very, very happy.”
We can't wait to see the first glimpse of Alia's baby girl!
