Alia had a crush on Ranbir and she not only made her dream of working with him come true by begging Ayan Mukerji to cast her in Brahmastra, but also became his permanent plus-one in real life too. It has been two years since Ranbir and Alia have been painting the town red with their love. Alia had celebrated her 27th birthday on March 15, 2020, and while we loved how she had spent her special day with her girl gang, we missed her beau, Ranbir at the celebrations. Alia had posted three pictures of ‘how I spent my birthday’ and we missed Ranbir in those sneak peeks.
If the reports are to be believed, then Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have called it quits in their two years of relationship. While some reports claim that it was Ranbir’s cold behaviour towards Alia that resulted in their breakup, a source close to the couple rubbished such conjectures and stated to ETimes, “These reports are all baseless and untrue. You all can be assured that Ranbir and Alia are very much in love and together.”
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor were last seen together, making our hearts swoon at his cousin, Armaan Jain and Anissa Malhotra’s wedding. Alia and Ranbir had made an appearance with his mom, Neetu Kapoor and every glimpse of them is, needless to say, a sight to behold. It was Karan Johar, who had made Alia talk to Ranbir for the first time and reminiscing their first-ever-conversation on Koffee With Karan, Alia had recalled, “I remember the first time I spoke to Ranbir. You (Karan Johar) called him up when Rockstar just released and you said, 'Here, talk to Ranbir. Tell him how much you love him'. And I spoke so much rubbish.
