Days after Kajol’s luxurious purchase of a swanky apartment in Mumbai worth Rs. 16 crores, her darling hubby, Ajay Devgn invested in office units in Mumbai. As per a report in Money Control, Ajay Devgn recently purchased five office units worth Rs. 45 crores with a total area of 13,293 square feet located in the Signature building, Oshiwara, Mumbai.
Three of the units are located on the 16th floor with a value of approximately Rs. 30.35 crores. While the other two units are located on the 17th floor and reportedly costs Rs. 14.74 crores. The properties were registered in the name of Vishal (Ajay) Virender Devgan on April 19, 2023.

Over the years, Ajay and Kajol have invested in a lot of properties. The celeb duo currently resides in a bungalow, Shivshakti, with their children, Nysa and Yug, which is situated in Juhu, Mumbai. This bungalow is reportedly priced at Rs. 60 crores. During the lockdown, the couple brought another property in the same lane. Ajay Devgn and Kajol also own a farmhouse in Karjat, where they go for short family trips.
Apart from the two residential areas in Juhu and one farmhouse in Karjat, Ajay Devgn and Kajol own a deluxe house in London. The beautiful abode has a gorgeous view and charming decor. As per the reports, the property comes with a whopping price of Rs. 54 crores.

Ajay Devgn and Kajol are tagged as the power couple of Bollywood. Kajol and Ajay Devgn had begun dating each other while shooting for the film, Gundaraj in 1994. On Neha Dhupia’s chat show, No Filter Neha, Kajol opened up about her marriage and how besides both their parents, nobody else had wanted both of them to get married. The beautiful couple had gotten married to each other on February 24, 1999, in a true Maharashtrian style and are blessed with two kids, a beautiful daughter, Nysa and a son, Yug.
On the work front, Ajay Devgn was last seen in the film, Bholaa alongside, Tabu. His upcoming movies are a sports drama, Maidaan, Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha and the third instalment of the Singham franchise. On the other hand, Kajol is busy promoting her courtroom drama, The Trial - Pyaar, Kaanoon, Dhokha. It is an Indian adaptation of the film, The Good Wife.
