Whenever a Bollywood actor meets someone from Hollywood, the moment soon goes viral on the internet and something similar happened recently at the Red Sea Film Festival 2025. At the event, Bollywood icon, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan crossed paths with The Lost Daughter actress, Dakota Johnson, and the two shared a brief yet memorable moment. During the same event, Aishwarya also opened up about her husband, Abhishek and their daughter, Aaradhya.
At the Red Sea Film Festival 2025, Dakota Johnson and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were seen holding hands. The Fifty Shades Of Grey actress was seen telling the Devdas actress about her trip to India in January 2025. In one clip that is going viral on social media, Dakota can be heard telling Aishwarya about her visit to Maha Kumbh, to which Aishwarya had responded with genuine joy.

The two even posed together. It is worth mentioning that Dakota Johnson was seen wearing a deep-neck black dress, while Aishwarya looked gorgeous in a silver gown with a black shrug. As soon as the photos of the two went viral, one fan commented, "Unexpected collab." Another user wrote, "Two divas in one frame." A third user penned, "Both are so beautiful. Real queen."

During an interview at the Red Sea Film Festival 2025, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan opened up about balancing work and family. During the same, she mentioned that she isn’t insecure about not doing films as she is busy with Abhishek Bachchan and Aaradhya. She was quoted as saying:
"I’m so busy taking care of Aaradhya, being with Abhishek, that I don’t get insecure if I don’t sign a film. Insecurities have never been a driving force for me. I don’t get insecure. I think that’s a very, very, very real aspect of who I am. Insecurities have never been a driving force, which a lot of the voices around can try and get in your head and can sometimes propel choices. That is something that has never been me. That’s a clarity also."

During an interview with The Hollywood Reporter India, at the same event, the Ponniyin Selvan: II actress shared that she doesn’t believe in terminologies like comeback in the film industry. She explained that ‘once an artist, is always an artist.’ When she was asked about her perspective on making a comeback, the actress shared:

"I don’t believe in those terminologies, is what I said. I mean, at the end of the day, once an artist, always an artist, right? So, that's the way I view our craft, that's the way I view our industry and audience only as validates that perspective. So that's the reality, while remains focused on. And at every opportunity I will continue to express my gratitude to our audience for always just being so supportive and really extending their love and being my strength."
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is one of the most respected and celebrated icons in Bollywood. She is well known for her powerful and charming on-screen presence. The Guru actress was last seen in the historic film, Ponniyin Selvan: Part II, directed by Mani Ratnam. The film was released in 2023. Since then, Aishwarya hasn't announced any new projects. However, her fans wait to see her return to the big screen.
