Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan Sharma’s love story is no less than a fairytale turned into a Bollywood film love story. The couple got married on November 18, 2014, and is blessed with two adorable kids, son, Ahil, who is 4-year-old, and a baby daughter, Ayat. Their love story is a typical Bollywood love story where two best friends find love in each other and decide to settle on an ever after. In a live interview with Pinkvilla, Aayush recalled his meeting with Arpita, how they fell in love and Salman Khan’s reaction to their relationship.
In a live Instagram interview with Pinkvilla, Loveyatri actor, Aayush Sharma recounted his love story with wife, Arpita and how it all started 2 years post his shifting to Mumbai. Aayush recalled coming to Mumbai in 2009 and meeting Arpita Khan 2 years later, in 2011. He admitted that it did not take them time to become best friends. He recalled that they knew each other enough to find love in one another. He also talked about how Arpita had told him that she was going to go for an arranged marriage, as she planned to settle down. This was enough to panic the much-in-love Aayush, and he had decided to propose her. Aayush said, “I got worked up. I called her up at 6 am in the morning and confessed that I liked her." He had to wait an entire day to get an answer from Arpita and he was perplexed thinking that it would be embarrassing and he will be left heartbroken if Arpita had said no. Aayush also talked about how after Arpita’s approval, he was worried about getting their relationship approved by Arpita’s brothers, Salman Khan, Arbaaz Khan, and Sohail Khan. The actor recalled Salman’s reaction when he first got to know their relationship. Aayush revealed that they were at Arpita’s house to watch a film together at night. Arpita’s friends were supposed to join in the couple, but nobody turned up. This scared Aayush, wondering how bhaijaan, Salman Khan would react if he finds out about this, and only got comfortable after Arpita confirmed that her brother, Salman Khan was in Kajrat. While the couple was busy watching the film, Salman Khan entered out of nowhere and stood in front of them, leaving them surprised, and smilingly said, "Hi, I am Salman Khan"
Aayush also talked about Sohail Khan’s reaction to their relationship. He recalled that Sohail and he used to work out in the same gym for a long time, and one day, Sohail even offered him a film, unaware of the fact that Aayush was dating his sister, Arpita.
